Alfa Pizzeria — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

We stumbled upon Alfa Pizzeria not expecting much, but we were completely blown away by the experience—especially the gluten-free pizza. It was, without a doubt, one of the best gluten-free pizzas we’ve ever had. The crust was crisp yet chewy, flavorful, and didn’t feel like a compromise. We ordered the gluten-free feta cheese pizza, and not only was it beautifully presented, but it also came in a surprisingly generous size. Every bite was a perfect blend of creamy feta, and authentic Italian flavor.

The pizza is cooked in a traditional Italian oven, giving it that irresistible, slightly charred crust and rustic charm. We also tried the grilled chicken breast with lemon, which was incredibly tender and seasoned just right. It paired perfectly with the pizza and added a nice balance to the meal.

I ordered pizza & gave them 3 chances. 1st .time hardly any cheese on it, 2nd.time the Sicilian was more bread than cheese. 3rd time I ordered a meat lovers & hardly anything on it, as well. $28 with tip. When I don't get full from a large pizza, something is wrong. No more Alfa for me. They charge you for using a debit card. These Albanian brothers need to go back to pizza school. I tried 'Alfa Pizzeria' based on so many wonderful 4 and 5 star reviews. I ordered a large cheese pizza, half pepperoni for pick up. I ordered over the phone, they said 15-20 minutes, it was 35 minutes so I waited 20 minutes at the restaurant since they hadn't even put my pie in the oven by the time I got there and it was NOT very busy. The pie was mediocre at best and I'm being nice by giving them 2 stars. Dough: D+ Sauce: D Cheese: C+ Overall 'Alfa Pizzeria' is firmly in the middle of the pack when it comes to local pizza and not going anywhere soon. Not the worst but far from the best. Which brings me to the question: I wonder how much Alfa has been paying for these phony reviews? I will stay with my go to pizza places for the most part: Boynton Pizza and Porta Bello in Boynton and Sazio Express in Delray though I'm always open to trying new pizza joints.
