After a five day fast confined to my bed due to health issues, I decided to order from here as my first meal to break it. It was my first experience with any JM's ever, and it was severely disappointing. After perusing the options for delivery, since I couldn't travel outside the house, I decided to go with their preferred option as it appeared to be in-house delivery despite the no fee offers from Doordash and other online options. I thought I'd be supporting a local franchise owner and their employees with the extra money.
Turns out it was a Door Dash workaround that allowed corporate JM to charge me $5 delivery fee (literally 0.2 miles) in addition to the tip to the driver that was outsourced. Well, they forgot a portion of my $30+ order so I called. The person who answered the phone tried to settle the matter with a fefault simple refund of the item which I did not find acceptable given their lapse of service to exclude an item. I requested the delivery fee refunded and he was entirely unhelpful telling me he couldn't give a corporate number and didn't care to search for it... told me to go to an app I don't want to download on my phone. Finally, after requesting the owner's information, I was provided a contact from the begrudging manager.
I called the owner who presented as apologetic and that she would send an email to corporate with the request to refund the delivery fee and that I would be copied on the message. A day later, I had no emails and sent a text to her requesting to be forwarded the email that was sent. No response leaves me feeling the words were empty and...

Around 720pm, neither of them acknowledged me nor spoke back, I assumed it was because they were busy fixing sandwiches although I was the only person in the restaurant, anyway I proceeded to wait to see if they would ask to take my order, they didn’t, a few seconds later a white man walked in and they immediately addressed him and let him know they would be with him shortly. Completely overlooked me and still did not say anything to me. I walked out because i could not believe what I just experienced. The blatant disrespect and obviously they didnt address or acknowledge me because I looked a certain way. I DARE management to play the cameras back to see exactly what I am talking about. I will never set foot into this Jersey...

Most recently, I ordered three of the same canned sodas and only received one. When I called to report the issue, the person who answered the phone was completely unapologetic and said, “Yeah... if you come back... you can, like, get the ones we missed.”
I shouldn’t have to keep returning just to get what I paid for. I don't want to keep driving back. I just want—for once—my order to be correct the first time.
