I’ll start off nice with saying the drinks tasted pleasant, so i’ll leave a 2 star for that, but the girl working at the register needs serious customer service training, couldn’t make good polite eye contact or communicate at all. we pulled up to the window after they finally got the order correct, and didn’t welcome us or say hi, general advice, never let the customer be the one to say hi or greet you first, she had a very snarky look on her face every time we asked a question and bad attitude. She also didn’t even tell us the total of our order and took my phone to pay with my apple pay, no receipt was given either. I was embarrassed for the long line of cars behind us, and how she just sat there and didn’t help make any of the drinks, watching people run around her preparing them. very unpleasant person to be working at...

I've been to this location a few times now and I love it. I really like the drinks, the $1 mini donuts and the cake bites. The breakfast sandwiches and burritos aren't that great, in my opinion. The bacon is always really fatty and I only like crispy bacon. Customer service is always great, the same staff member takes my order and payment every time I'm there and they're very friendly and sweet. I also appreciate them taking the time to write personal messages on the food bags (today mine said "you're amazing!"). Just a nice little added touch that could make someone's whole day turn around. I happened to walk up to the grand opening on the new location on State Road 64. The staff was welcoming and greeted me even though I was a walk up. They answered all my questions and helped guide me through the menu and the app so I can get buy one get one free. James and Jasmine were wonderful and Jasmine even gave me a rose which made my day! I wish my caramel drink was a little bit less sweet, but that’s just personal preference. They did a great job… Looking forward to...
