Pizza Pub — Restaurant in Braham

We went into the restaurant and sat down nobody came over for 15 minutes. So we got up and left and decided to order online. Ordering online was easy, but the site didn't tell us when are Pizza would be done. So we thought that we would get a phone call when our pizza is done. 45 minutes later we decided to call to see what was going on. They hadn't even started our order and it would be done in 20-30 minutes. Once again we thought they would call us or send an email or something but they did not. So we called back after another 45 minutes. They told us our pizza had been done for awhile and we could come get it. When I picked up the pizza, I talked to the manager and asked why they didn't call, and he said we don't do that and apologized about the website, no taking any responsibility for very poor customerservice. Having waited an hour and a half for our pizza, i was very angry and just walked out with my pizza. When I got to my car I realized my pizza was cold on top of everything else. I called and told them I wanted a refund. The manager on the phone told me it was my fault for not picking up my pizza sooner. How was I to know that my pizza was even done? The customer service is horrible both in store and take out. The manager is rude and mean. I stopped going there 3 years ago because of the poor customer service. I thought maybe things had changed. There's been a change but not for the better. I will never eat there again and I suggest you...

This is the third time with in 2 months something has gone ridiculously wrong first time wrong toppings and the dough want cooked second time I ordered delivery for my boyfriend and son and was told about 45 minutes but it never came. Called back and said where is the pizza and they said they called and no one answered... Bull crap... Plus isn't the driver supposed to come up to the door and knock I mean it is delivery... The girl on the phone was rather rude and told me that she wasnt going to remake them and send them out!!! Now the third time (I always do the three strikes your out policy) last night went in for a beer and to get a sausage mushroom and onion and a order of garlic cheesy bread... Ok the bartender first off doesn't know how to pour a beer cause it was over a quarter full of head and she would have rather been in the back talking then up front with the full bar she had... So then I get our pizza and cheese bread get home and the pizza is virtually white and not cut ... Put my hand over the pizza and its not even hot.... Then opened the cheesy bread and I was just pieces with half melted cheese on them... Just so disappointed in this location I feel like something is always wrong here. Wont be going back to this one would rather drive to Cambridge or...

Seriously disappointed and if it was possible for zero stars... That's how I would review my experience tonight. It took multiple calls and silliness to even get my order in. Then when it was delivered (on time no complaints. It was NOT what I ordered. You can see the lettuce for the quesadilla is bad, also the "salsa" tastes like pizza sauce with jalapeños blended into it... AWFUL. I would never serve that. Secondly, I ordered plain jo-jos and got crinkle cut fries. There is a $2 price difference. Deb, the manager, was super helpful with the ordering issues and I believed that our dinner would have been important to get right. I will likely not order anything besides pizza (which they do well)...
