Table of 6. Waitress had to be asked for everything that table needed. Sugar. Coffee. Additional coffee which we never got. Ketchup. Salt. Pepper. Had to ask for additional drinks.
Cooks- food isn't being prepared in an orderly fashion. Eggs were not cooked as ordered. Food was not hot.
The silverware was just in a cup on table, not enough for 6 people, few knives and forks. When asked, she forgot multiple times our requests and we just gave up and stirred coffee with knives as there were no spoons.
Pie was starchy and unappealing server doesn't seem to be aware that there's half a pie left in the pan after taking our pieces out, new owners? From what I heard seem to have no training set up for new people. We have never visited this place until Sunday. We said nothing about the horrific service or food. Paid our full bill and left.
After eating small portions we just wanted to leave and find another place to eat so we paid and left eating in another town over.
3.50 each person with coffee for "unlimited" and 1 pot given. Found this offensive. More expensive than any stop we made for mediocre coffee. Will...
Read moreServer came to our table soon after sitting down. We stated we were ready to order since in a bit of a hurry. She insisted on getting our waters first. Then brought others drinks, rang up an order, took at least 3 other orders one of whom walked in after us. We had to ask a different server to take our order. Then decided to just ask for it to go and ring us up since by this time we had wasted too much time waiting to place order. The gal who took our order rang us up and I walked back to table to wait for our order. She came over with receipt asking me to clarify my amount which I did (no tip). I then asked for plastic forks since we had to get our food to go and she pretty much shoved them at me and walked away. She was clearly pissed that we didn't tip. And this used to be our favorite place to go for breakfast. Luckily, we have a new...
Read moreMy wife and I stopped in Braham for business and asked about a good place to eat. We were directed to the Park Diner. We stepped in around noon on a Tuesday, the place was full with about 20 diners, and we ordered a couple of club sandwiches to go. The young man waiting tables was not only waiting on everybody, but also answering the phone, pouring coffee, seating new guests, and ringing up checks as people left. All with a smile on his face. As I said, the place was busy, but I watched the food come out steadily, and it all looked fantastic, and not rushed and sloppy. We got our sandwiches, with my wife's can of Coke, and ate in the car at a local park, (because we had our dog) and they were the best club sandwiches I have had in a long time. They get 5 stars for exceeding expectations in food quality and customer service. We...
