Subway — Restaurant in Braham

I just moved to this small town of braham, and was super excited when I found out there was A subway as this is my absolute favorite quick food to grab. I have been at this location before and have had some great experiences. The employees are welcoming and nice and i love how clean this establishment is kept. Unfortunately I have just received not such great service from someone who's name i didn't catch, although from previous reviews I gather her name is Jenni. So I walk up and the lady asked what I would like. As she is preparing my sandwhich, my phone made a quick ding* I glanced and placed my phone in my pocket. All of a sudden I felt very uncomfortable as if this woman's eyes where burning into my very soul. I awkwardly looked up with a smile and noticed the woman had completely stopped making my food and was in fact looking at me as if I had just trashed her religion. The woman stated " I don't contend with those utilizing their cell phones". I then politely smiled and said "excuse me, I am sorry". I had not realized she did not hear my response when she asked what kind of cheese I had wanted. She then said again " I don't contend with those utilizing their cell phones". I was standing there is shock at the woman who had just made the very rude unwarranted remark as I was not text messaging or talking on the phone nor was my phone even in sight. I had just simply glanced then put away. But irregardless after the comments the woman continued to go about making my sandwich as I said nothing and just stood in shock. While she was making my sandwich I was so appalled by this woman's ability to be so rude I realized something, I wasn't hungry any longer, so as the woman was making my food I just simply left the thought of eating a meal made from someone who is so comfortable being rude just gave me a bad taste in my mouth. So unfortunately I don't foresee myself going to this...

I was super happy came back to town .I went in there Tuesday night Had a very wonderful experience. Went in there tonight 1/30/20 Thursday night and I was told I am so happy I have the next few days off by a gentleman and I am so glad it's a temporary job not happy about what he's doing. Then I went to check out and the girl was nice. Told her to have a great or good night. She replied in a upset way. " I will try" not in a happy way. I don't know what's going on but they are not happy with there jobs. It will be awhile before I go back. Kinda feel terrible I even went in there. And I also noticed food out that was waiting to be used but starting to turn. Please. I do not wanna loose another subway. I love subway. I almost wanna hop in there and manage it and keep it peppy. So this is hard to rate. I did give a 3 star but also wanted to give lower. Sorry. I also wanted to give it 5 stars when I walked in. It was so different from day to day. And I understand nobody can be happy all times. But if your working with the public at least try your best or just not say things. It makes people feel uncomfortable. I don't like to complain. I have had jobs with public. I loved it made it fun. Even on rough days. If I couldn't I would...

So ya anyway i was getting my order from this one lady named jenni and she was asking me what kind of sub i wanted but by accident i said american instead of italian and she looked all mad that i got it wrong so the rest of the the time so was just really rude to me like when i asked what kind of meets they had and normally they tell you what kind of meat you want you but the lady was rudely was like look they're right there bit i couldnt see any of the meats from were i was standing but ya any once she a finally got her to tell me what kind of meat she never asked me if i wanted it toasted or not so asked and she was still really rude to me about that muttering "please right after i asked her and to top it all off they didnt even bag our food so in order to get drinks and stuff we had to set down our food a bunch of times and almost couldnt get out of the door.
