Main Street Pizzeria & Grille — Restaurant in Braidwood

Ok first off understand that the Main Streept Pizza and thr Korner Keg share the same kitchen and are connected. I have been in the Korner Keg many times but this is the first for Main Street Pizza. Besides having slower than usual service the last few times I have been to the KK the food has always been pretty good. However I was at Main Street Pizza on 10/12/24 with some co-workers and I ordered BBQ wings. Typical thier wings are pretty good. Well the wings came out in a decent amount of time however, they were hot Buffalo. I told the server I ordered BBQ and they apologized and took them back to kitchen. Less than 5 min later I had a new order of wings with no sauce on them and sauce on the side.. That was the first sign something wasn't right. As I touched the wings they were midly warm and and didn't look real crispy. When I picked up the first wing it was obvious they had taken the wings back to thr kitchen and sprayed them off with water. They still had drops of Buffalo sauce on them. I spent over a $100 that night for my parties food which for the most part was good but, it is sad they did this. Trying to save a few dollars not cooking new wings just cost them a lot of money in the future. I typically buy $500-$600 worth of Pizza and Beef Rolls for my crew when I'm in town but will look at other places to purchase food...

Don’t get me wrong their food is good. but their service.. TERRIBLE. no matter if you eat inside or order takeout. So overpriced too. last time i ate inside, i got two dirty plates (literally still had grease and hard stuff on it). the menus were covered in what appeared to be food. the table was even nasty!! ALSOOO took over 15 minutes for anyone to even give us menus, i had to walk in there and grab them myself. Ordered takeout the other night, was well over an hour and a half since i’ve ordered it for delivery. so i called, then told me i gave them my card number wrong? If i did why didn’t you guys call me back? or Atleast still deliver the pizza and i could’ve given cash. Normally the pizza is good but management and their honesty is POOR! Unfortunately on 4/1/21 we ordered a stuffed pizza however it definitely wasn't stuffed not even a half inch thick when we received it. The manager on duty offered to give us 30% off our next Pizza for the mix up but forgot to put our name in the ledger. So a couple weeks later when we ordered another Pizza and we mentioned to the employee that took our order about the 30% off and he couldn't find her name in The ledger so would not honor the 30% off.
