And of course you have to order they're perfectly made guacamole to go along with that creamy sour cream on top of those perfectly perfect enchiladas with cheese and onions of course and did I say two orders of beans that automatically come with that special white cheese and of course the Spanish rice and of course you need a cold Coors mountain light beer which I couldn't have so I ordered the best tequila in town but I wish I could have I had that once there And anyway the service and the atmosphere is what always makes me come back cuz they are the kindest people who know how to cook The only problem is they're not open early enough to make breakfast burritos so there's that otherwise if you're hungry after 11:00 a.m. go there for the best place to eat in well the best place in America right now Peace and love y'all One thing I forgot..- ask for triple order of that Pico stuff cuz they have the best and if you can't get what you want to drink----- their sweet tea is the best Hope to see you all there one time we'll do it cheers peace live and el potro food...

I just had lunch with a good friend that I haven't seen for a long time. She wanted Mexican food. Initially we were going to go to one of the competitors but decided to try Senor Patron's at my suggestion. She ordered the Taco Salad. BIG MISTAKE!!!! It was THE WORST TACO SALAD I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! it wasnt very big for the price. There was hardly any lettuce. No onions or tomatoes to speak of. It was basically a big glob of beans and ground meat. Hardly what you could call a salad. She ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri. It was not frozen. It was served on the rocks and warm with ice that melted before she was halfway through it. Upon waking in the outside has a slight southwesty feel... Inside however was dated. Plain, boring......

The service was Good to great. We were Met with excitement, instant seating and drink orders that came within seconds....

The food: Flaming fajitas.... Very good chunky chicken and decent size shrimp that wasn't drowned in seasonings..... Not bland but could taste the chicken/beef/shrimp/veggies separately..

The rice so far was pretty decent and beat Pedro's rice & frijoles.....

Could have stood to get more char on the ingredients & a hint more of Adobo or something but,,, it reminded me of being more authentic so,,,,, that was a plus !!!!

3.5 stars because of setting and I wasn't served with tortillas & booth space is for skinny people...
