Will never eat at this buffet again!!! I went here for dinner on 8/02/2017 the total on our bill was $29 and some change. I also left a $3 tip on the table even though our plates were not cleared or offered refills on our drinks. When I received the bill I put $0 for tip as I left cash. The next day 8/03/2017 I checked my account and whomever ran my card also helped themselves to an additional $6 tip off my card. I was absolutely in shock with this as I have been eating here sense they opened. I went in and confronted them about this the guy said his misteak he has bad eyes.... . Well then he shouldn't be running cards at the till. He gave me $6 from till to make it right. Then on 8/05/2017 the $6 was also added to my card... makes me tho k they hold the slips they scam on because I did not have my copy how did he know what one it was I'm sure I'm not the o my one who paid with a card that night. Sounds fishy to me!!! I wonder how many other times he did this to me in the past I've never really paid attention to it before! I just hope others are watching their accounts as well when eating out people get greedy and take what's not theirs! Apparently they this is ok!!! So i will never step foot in this store again I will be going to diamond house from now on where I know I am safe and my children can also feel...

The food: my biggest issue was, wontons were signed as "cream cheese". They had crab meat. I'm allergic to shellfish. Luckily, my dining partner grabbed them off my plate, as I sat down. She immediately said, "do NOT eat those".
For the love of God, accurately denote your items in buffet. For some us, it IS life, or death. Clearly, I'm beyond irritated about their oversight.
The General Tso's chicken, and Sesame chicken were good. Chicken pieces were tiny, though. So, mostly breading. But, good flavor.
The lo mein noodles had zero flavor. Seriously, nothing. The fried rice was somewhat crunchy. Undercooked, definitely.
The chicken meatballs, although spicy, had awesome flavor! One of the redeeming dishes, in my opinion. The green beans were good, too. Veggie egg rolls were above average, as well. Sweet & sour sauce was basic, but good - I used it to drench the less flavorful items.
Skip the dumplings, and their dipping sauce...unless, you like chili oil. Hot, hot, hot. They were either rubbery, or crunchy. No in between.
I would go back for the meatballs, and beans. But,...
Read moreI try not to leave negative reviews, as the restaurant industry is struggling. However, I called two times about the issue with our food to address it privately, and was hung up on both times. We ordered General TSO and Orange chicken, fried rice and cream cheese wontons, which we have ordered in the past with no issues. This time, it was so hard and dry, almost as if the chicken was previously cooked and some sauce added to it. The wontons were also chewy and not crisp. It was in no way edible and we ended up having to come up with a different meal for our family. On the second call, the gal said I would need to drive back over with all the uneaten food to get a credit for one of the chicken orders next time we ordered. She said I could come two days later with the food. I was polite the entire time, but mentioned that based on how things were handled, I would no longer be dining there. The time I spent picking up the food, getting another meal and the time on the phone, I asked for a refund of half of the order, roughly $20, and was hung up on again. I wasn’t looking for something free, but just a fair resolution to a meal that we...
