Hardee's — Restaurant in Brainerd

I went through the drive thru at noon. I ordered and had no wait to get to the window. My order was ready when the cashier took my card for payment. It took me ten minutes to get home only to find that the chicken strips were soggy and barely warm. My four year old wouldn't even eat them. My burger wasn't even cooked on both sides. I called and spoke to one of the female managers. I told her what happened and said all their food is put out fresh. I told her there was no way it was made fresh when it was ready when I paid.

She told me they have a timer, so it was fresh, and didnt even acknowledge my concerns. She said, "I'm in the middle of a lunch rush right now so what do you want? Do you want a coupon or what?" I told her I was calling to inform her that I was not happy with the food quality. She again said, "I'm in the middle of a lunch rush and all our food is going out fresh. What do you want from me?" She said, "I can offer you a coupon or something, I'm too busy to be on the phone." Instead of being rude back, I told her a coupon is not necessary, I won't be coming back. Came in with a truck that was dirty and had some mud. No was not off roading. Made a trip from Minnesota to Denver to visit family. Paid $25 for a wash. Pulled out after and stopped for gas. Looked at the mudflaps and they were covered in mud. Looked at the lower area of the truck and saw that there was still mud splashes. Went back and the two individuals working there almost seemed to be expecting me. They offered another wash. Entered the wash and they proceeded to brush the windshield and hood. I opened the window and told them that I was mostly concerned with the wheel wells and lower side of the truck. Upon exiting the wash for the second time I found the mudflaps and wheel wells still full of mud. I get better results from a $10 gas station wash . Very disappointing. I just have to share this story... we went in there a couple months back and there was a HUGE line. Someone didnt show up for their shift and the poor guy behind the front counter was alone. This older couple in front of us were upset they had to wait for the food and were yelling at him. He calmly asked them to be patient but they wouldn't listen. Kept yelling at him. He said "I'm doing this by myself! You'll have to wait." They said "Fine we want to talk to the manager right away!!!" He turned around and said calmly.... "I am the manager." Ohhhh yeah! No matter how stressed he was he wouldn't not lose his cool with rude customers. Also the food is amazing there! But that guy keeps us...
