Jimmy John sandwiches are pretty good and the wheat bread is awesome, but the Brainerd drive thru screws up my order at least 3 out of 5 times. When you make the sandwich don't just look at the number on the slip. Check to see if there are any additions or subtractions. When taking an order repeat the order back to the customer to make sure you entered it to the customer's specifications. The only reason I continue to eat there so much is because of the convenience of the drive thru on my way home from work, however I may have to start coming in to make sure I get what I ordered. Please use my two suggestions so I can continue to be too lazy to walk inside or God forbid make my own sandwiches. Thank you. P.S. But i felt as though she was being very very unprofessional not only did she not have the change for me she also made me feel like I was forced to tip her a tip that was half of my bill. He asked if I wanted to cancel my order to which I said āyes, cancel my order and refund me pleaseā. He said he would cancel my order. I checked my account today only to find out I was charged for my order. It was not a pending charge, but an actual charge to my account. I then checked my order history on DoorDash only to find out it said order completed.
