Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Braintree

I’m leaving a review on my father’s account just so I can comment on the excellent service I received. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and, on courtesy of the woman working there (since the store was almost closed), received an entire pizza for the cost of two slices!! It was one of the nicest things that happened to me all day, and I gave the woman my word that I would write a review for being treated like a true queen. The man I spoke to that was behind the counter was equally as friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. The woman (my apologies—I can’t for the life of me recall your name, which I am frustrated at myself for) even gave me a ton of plate so I didn’t have to do dishes! I passed in one day just to see if they had slices available, and they did so I grabbed one... I should have known better when I got to my car and saw a little spider crawling on the box. I just squashed it and went about my business. I looked inside and didn't see anything else creepy, and hey, I have spiders at home so it could have been something random right? I got home and the slice was gross, even when microwaved, there was no helping. It wasn't just cold. After being heated up you could still tell it was definitely something that was at least a day old. Warming up didn't do it any good, the food was nasty and the place was too lazy to make a fresh pie, sad and dirty. A shame because Papa Gino's is my favorite major fast food pizza. The staff here deserves some praise as they have consistently provided me some of the best service I've had in any Papa Gino's. I think other Papa's locations should learn from this restaurant, because they make the food look like it does in advertisements. Who does that? Everyone knows that a McDonald's burger doesn't look like it does in the ads. And, it's consistent. I don't find that one day my food is made great and the next it's just so-so. No, it's perfect every single day!
