As soon as we walked in, the bad odor was absolutely awful. I don’t understand how they don’t notice how strong the MOLD smells, the whole ceiling has green/black spots from the entrance to the other side of the restaurant. By the cash register there’s a air vent that’s leaking water, no one seems to care if a guest slips and fall, we had to wait about 20 min to be seated because they had nobody to clean the tables/booths, when a female finally cleaned one, we were seated, and it took another 20 min to clean another table. Meanwhile they served me EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT ORDER, they didn’t have the ingredients to make my dish, so they served me what they had. I understand restaurants sometimes ran out of stuff but come on, there’s other ways to handle those situations. I left very unhappy. When I was checking out the employee asked me “how was everything?” I had to take a deep breath, I said I had some inconvenience with my food, I let her know what happened and she said let me call my manager, when the manager showed up, she introduced her manager to me, the manager told her “YOU DONT SAY WHO I AM SOMETIMES”, like come on, if you have to correct an employee, do it when the guest isn’t there anymore, or if you don’t want to feel ashamed to have that title JUST RESIGN, they honestly don’t know how to handle certain situations, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a place to work, the MOLD causes a lot of respiratory issues, for guest and even worse for employees. I will put a complaint for this place to get inspected. Also, make sure employees wear acceptable clothing to serve food, make sure their hair is ok, because “they” look like they woke up and went straight to work, nothing against them personally but accidents happen and hair might fall off on people’s plates. Just try to be involved with the crew.

Went here yesterday with my girlfriend and both of us agreed that the restaurant had a nasty odor to it, if y'all have been, you know what im talking about. Decided to stay in spite of the smell and fact that NO ONE else was there to eat, huge mistake. Waitress was alright, food came out quickly BUT only because my eggs were raw (ordered over easy but looked like they had been slapped on the grill for maybe 15seconds on one side) sausage and bacon were somehow burnt and cold at the same time (im assuming leftovers from the morning kept in a warmer or something) toast was stale and the hashbrowns were cold as well. My pancakes were the only edible item with my 15 dollar meal. Girlfriend got a grandslamwich which also had burnt yet cold bacon and stale bread. Her scrambled eggs on the sandwich were runny and had black spots. Ate maaaybe a bite of the sandwich, i ate my pancakes and we waited for the waitress to come over for us to complain. When the waitress finally did return she said "no rush but im going on my break soon, so were you guys planning on leaving a tip or can i have someone else cash you out?" At this point i was so over it i said sure and we made our way up front. Girlfriend complained and was offered to pay "just" 15 dollars for our 35 dollar meal. We didnt even try to argue it because its obvious no one in this place has an ounce of self esteem for themselves nor respect for their customers. After reading the other reviews its definitely the case. Y'all pughta shut this location down due tp the foul stench inside alone. Im surprised we didnt get sick from the small amount of food in our orders that was even slightly edible

This morning around 10:40 am I went to have Breakfast at the Denny’s located in Brandon Fl that was the biggest mistake of my life. Upon my arrival I have to wait for a few minutes to be assisted and then the waitress came and took me to a table, While there I waited for my food for about 25 minutes. The waitress had like 10 tables by herself. I looked around and all tables were full of dirty plates and there was nobody to pick them up. When the food arrived the waitress gave me a plastic fork and knife. Are you serious. I heard an old couple saying I can put up with this kind of service and they stand up and left the restaurant upset because nobody went to assist them. This Denny’s customer service is on the ground. to the owners of this Franchise RREMC LLC you better do something fast or close this joint. This is my last time that I will visit a Denny’s after this miserable experience. Go somewhere else and they will appreciate your business. Also when it was time to pay I have to wait too and I have to call the waitress to pay because there was nobody at the register and there was receipts all over the place this is unacceptable. You will see the pics. I am not lying folks. And about 20 minutes after I left , I have to go to the restroom because my stomach felt sick no joke. This is serious.

One waitress, one cook. Waitress seemed like she had an attitude the whole entire time we were there. After Taking way too long to assist us. Let me explain. I received my food first. Hubby had his delivered to the table 10 minutes or so later. My son waited another 15 minutes for his! Food came out warm and to the point of being cold. The place was not overwhelmingly busy. No excuse! I know that she was by herself and the one cook on board but she had no excuse not to try and be a lot friendlier. At times we caught her just standing around talking to the staff for minutes on end. During one of those occurrences we happen to notice our food just sitting and waiting to be taken off the window and brought over to our table. The Coffee was not even hot. Warm. To the point of almost getting cold. I have to give it to the cook though. He came out and asked us how our food was. I told him the food was good but not hot because it was sitting up on the window too long. Very polite of him I must say. But if you as a cook/chef have enough time to do that then that tells me that this waitress didn't put any effort into her job! The place wasn't busy at all! Worse experience and waitress ever! Update In response to the owner, I already did as you instructed. I haven't heard anything back from you yet. I have been a customer for Denny's for a very long time. This was just a bad unfortunate experience for me and my family. No hard feelings. To the owner, CEO, whoever. I feel that the staff needs to be taken seriously as far as pay goes and trained at its fullest. Without them, you will not be standing today. Especially during this pandemic. I do feel that this is why a lot of waiters and waitress tend to slack. Again, this is just my opinion. Please consider all that was said. TIA ❤️ ** In response to the owner's comment below. Service: Marsha you are Awesome!!! You were very knowledgeable polite professional, calm and patient. Your attire was professional, clean & neat. You rock! You are the reason that I gave five stars in service. Keep up the good work, you were greatly, greatly appreciated.

Environment: While I was being seated . I noticed that the floors were Extremely, Extremely slippery. Having a bad back and bad knees I had to tread EXTRA LIGHT to prevent myself from falling. However, I did bring this to the staff attention. I was told that "when the air condition is off the floors gets slippery." Moreover, needless to say that that is an accident/ lawsuit waiting to happen.

Atmosphere: Loud and Overwhelming to say the least. Tamika, your appearance was neat & clean. I truly appreciate the way that you acknowledged everyone's presence when they entered. However, your volume & conversations could have been more professional. After encountering your presence I did some self awareness, which I hope will bring self-care. I am reminded that everyone do not have to hear what it is that I have to say. Not that I was listening but I couldn't help but hear you.

Food: I did not enjoy the food. Not because of the taste. It was delicious. But because I feared that I would fall on the slippery floor I'm leaving. I apologize for not asking for the cook's name to compliment him/her on how well our food was. Thank you Cook, we really enjoyed it
