McDonald's — Restaurant in Brandon

My name is Keshawna and I just visit your restaurant #6522 at 6:19pm . I called customer service and also file a complaint! Case#32428878 name I provided at that time was Asia Smith !

Stopping by your restaurant today I had to use the restroom really bad . I notice how nasty the lobby area was while running to the restroom. You had food everywhere and the tables were dirty! It looks like no one clean up at all today ! Also, once I entered the restroom it was extremely dirty toilet tissue all around the smaller toilet and also on the floor . The bigger toilet had no toilet paper.

My daughters wanted to eat there which I said to them do you see how nasty this restaurant is I can only imagine how the back look . Well I wish I would have followed my first mind! I ordered them a 10 piece nugget combo to share with a large fry! Well as we walking out to the car my daughter say “Mommy we have to take this back “ I look at her concern and there is a DEAD FLY/ BUG inside of the French fries!!

I politely walked back in and asked for a refund ! Which would take 24hours to be put back on my card ! I am extremely disappointed in the service! Maybe you all need to pop up and monitor your staff !! This is nasty and I would hit recommend anyone eating from this place !!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would this is by far the worst McDonald’s establishment I have ever been to . The lack of common sense is beyond me . The managers on staff have no type of intellectual capacity it’s actually sad how so many need a job get the job then act like we asked you to be there l?!? I asked for 20 nuggets told my sauces spent about 30$ to get all the way home to receive 3 sauces I called asked hey what’s the increments on the sauces for 20 nuggets the manager on site tonight told me 3 sauces is the requirements ummmm not sure if she understood 3 sauces 20 nuggets don’t really add up hun either blatantly lied or the same common sense is not common is very very true in this case but all in all says u can come back to get some 20 min away now food cold and lost my appetite always have attitudes when I come late night says open late will sit at the window watch u look at them and never come to the window it’s a circus 🤡 there if u ask me from incompetent self centered air head managers they might as well let kids run it I think it would...

Last Night Nov.11th I Came Through The Drive Thru Between 10:50 pm -11pm And I Was In Line Waiting To Be Served Which When I Pulled Up Nobody Came To The Speaker . I Sat There For At Least 4 Mins But Another Car Pulled To The Other Speaker And They Served Them . I Get To The Window To Pay The Cashier Was Rude He Was An African American Male, No Sign Of Manners Or Anything . When I Pull Up To The Second Window To Get My Food . The African American Female Was So Super Rude .She Continued To Open And Slam Her Window In My Face Never Once Spoke With An Positive Attitude And Pretty Much Just Threw My Food At Me . I Ordered 2 Mcdoubles , A Medium Fry And A McFlurry With Extra Oreos And Added M&Ms . My Fries Was Burnt And Tasted Redipped In Old Grease , They Where Not Fresh . My Burgers Was Hard And Cold And My McFlurry Was Half Full .
