NewChina (Brandon 33511) — Restaurant in Brandon

This place serves really good food, ive ordered here at least a dozen times by now, im keeping it 5 stars because mistakes can happen. I order typically a Platter Combination, Fried Rice with Boneless Spare Ribs that comes with an egg roll. I love it so much, and the sauce is amazing, and the boneless spare ribs were a deep red color with a glaze sauce thats deep red. So i decided to order a Large Boneless spare ribs on Dec 13 around 8PM, with a large Fried Rice, and a Fried Rice with Fried Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein, my girlfriend eats the FR with FC and CLM, i eat the spare ribs, however, this night, i got spare ribs that looked Dry, sauceless, and Grey coloring??? It looked disgusting and it tasted bland. Im not so sure why it was like that, but i wont take away my 5 star rating because this was the first time this had happened. I assume maybe they changed the spare ribs they normally get because it looks similar to China 1s version down in Riverview, its not my favorite, so hopefully next time it wont be the same, and itll return to my normal deep red glazed spare ribs.

This is definitely a five-star restaurant there is no place in the Brandon area like new China this Chinese food place is super clean super friendly the food is exquisite made fresh absolutely tasteful their prices are convenient and it’s worth every penny I specially love the eggrolls they make my taste buds go berserk the owner is so humble and so kind you could just feel the positive vibes in this restaurant they love to cook they love what they do and I just enjoy coming here I pass like 20 different Chinese places for this one every time!!! come check this restaurant out. You won’t regret it it’s located in a plaza behind the Irish pub next to Pizza Hut...

Always skeptical when trying a new Chinese place but this place went beyond my expectations customer service was great and easy to understand the lobby it’s self super clean and smelled clean the food the aroma coming from the takeout bag just gave me so much hope and I was NOT disappointed when eating the food the white rice was great as well that the pork fried rice, the egg rolls were great and crispy the broccoli that came with the sesame chicken was cooked perfectly and the chicken wings were Krispy and full of flavor and super juicy. I don’t stay in the area but would drive the extra 25-30 minutes for this takeout again. Keep up the good...
