The server we had today Monday, 5-20-2024 at around 11PM, Young asian lady with long french braided hair, very slim was just so bad. She looks like she hated her job. Not even that, how can you walk away from a customer before finishing what they were saying? Just plainly rude as a person. We asked for another box and before we even got to say “and a bag” she just walked away. You suck as a server is one thing, but you also suck as a person. Pick a struggle. Honestly, if you don’t like providing service to customers just quit instead of being miserable. Despite of receiving bad service, we still tipped 25% because we are in the same industry. Even tho she didn’t deserve that, it seems like she needed it more than...

I hate to leave this review; this was my favorite restaurant for ages.

They should have stayed closed…

Not at all like the old Yokohama:

-Menu is different for the worse. Gone are classics like tonkatsu and sabashio).

-Food was, and I do not exaggerate, TERRIBLE… the rice was wet, and some was even still warm! Food was under seasoned and the sauces were watered down.

-Ordering was a nightmare because there is no website which shows current menu (ordered takeout).

-Music in the restaurant was wayyyy too loud and had multiple swears. I am no prude but I can’t take anyone there for a respectable dinner if loud F bombs are in the musics’ lyrics.

Avoid at all costs. Go to Sushi Ninja or Sushi...

Let’s start with there was no ice, I was offered tap water room temperature, so I was forced to order a Japanese soda which was disgusting because It was the only thing that was Cold. Second I ordered a sashimi and the tuna was literally brown with edges of semi gray, but a waitress came over and said it was fresh, I’ve never seen tuna that dark, It did not look safety. And third it was 1:36 AM and their cleaning crew started cleaning right next to my table making me inhale the fumes of Pine-Sol and cleaning supplies from the restaurant. I could not finish my meal very disappointing and very disrespectful. I will not be going here again. I do not recommend...
