First time giving a bad review but after three straight issues this place need to change. My family will now be done with this location and probably Starbucks as a whole. I have now walked out twice in a row without my items after paying. The last time I never received a regular hot coffee with cream and a plain bagel with butter. I asked after approx 25 minutes of waiting inside. They said it would be right out. After another 22 mins I asked again and then walked out. This last time I waited over 30 mins for the bagel for my daughter but did get my coffee right away. When I asked they said it would be right up. Then about 8 mins later they told me they don't have any plan bagels. So I told them that's ok and walked out. I do not yet or cause any disturbance ever in any situation but now over three stops I have spent over $25 and ended up with two coffees. The tickets keep printing and they took care of tons of cars in line that were not all there when I came in and at least 4 other customer that came in to order in person after me each time. I promise it is nothing I do as I hold the doors for people, am very polite, always tell hard workers to have a great remainder of their day and so on as I run a company in the area. But twice in a row I was unable to get something for my daughter in the morning prior to going to work which is something I love to do as she does not see me most of the day into the later hours due to the long hours we put in each day. You need to higher people that serve people in order versus making priorities possibly with the cars in the drive through. I prefer to come in to give joy to people. I pay for people's items at times also. Very disappointing and I finally felt like this deserved a complaint. Not looking for anything in return as I am now walking away from my family support this company with our hard earned money but I just wanted voice my opinion to maybe help them fix there issues for people less...
Read moreI would rather drink stale gas station coffee than ever go back to this Starbucks. They are usually always behind, and I am ALWAYS extremely patient and never complain because I totally get it. They are a busy location, things happen. With that knowledge, I always place my order on the app, for in store pickup, at least ten minutes before I arrive. I did so today and should have known by the completely full parking lot that something wasn’t right today. I walk in to a crowd of people waiting for food. One very stressed barista on drinks, one very stressed barista running the drive thru, a very slow and unenthused barista running the sandwiches, another one who looked like they were stoned or something just meandering around touching lids (I really don’t know what they were doing), and the manager trying to look busy but only once did I ever see him do anything to help move the line along. Drink and drive thru baristas DEFINITELY deserve a raise, and should probably be managing the store instead since they seemed to be the only two concerned with the people waiting for their orders. I finally received my drink THIRTY. MINUTES. after I ordered. I could not keep waiting for my food so I asked for a refund, because I had been waiting 30 minutes. Manager asked for my name, turned around, found my sandwich. Not so much as a “sorry for the wait” or a “have a good day”. Read moreWaited in drive through line that was into the street for 5 minutes and no movement. Decided to mobile order and go inside. Crowd of people inside looking frustrated. Workers also looked frustrated and annoyed. I noticed there were no items in the display and the space itself looked disheveled. Eventually another customer went and asked for refund. Person prepping mobile orders yelled “if you want refunds please go over there”. No expectation was set that they were running behind or by how much time. I waited 15 more minutes before approaching the young lady to ask her how behind she was. She told me what order she was on but did not indicate timeframe to answer my question. I went to cashier and asked how many orders were before mine. The total was 6 and it was already 7 minutes beyond the scheduled ready time. I asked for a refund and left.
