I haven’t been to subways for a while and decided to walk into this location . I was Greeted and was asked by PAULA what bread will I be Choosing and I told Her not sure on what I wanted , she then replied and said you have to know what bread you will be eating …. Who does not know what bread they eat !! I told Her what is the issue with me not knowing what bread ?? She then walked to back and told the staff and laughed ! I was Then greeted by another employee and she was very kind and patient and looked a little scared 😟 … I asked her if the manager was here ans she pointed to the back and told me PAULA was . well not sure how she got the job as a manager when she was rude and unprofessional and didnt even hqve gloves on ! Read moreI came Tuesday late afternoon, and a rude old lady took my order for a chicken bacon ranch and while in other Subways I've been asked what kind of chicken and cheese I'd like, she asked neither. She started to put in Rotisserie chicken, which I don't like, and I told her so and that I wanted grilled chicken strips instead. She said I should have said so and shook her head while fixing my order. I told her all other Subways I've been did ask what kind of bread, chicken and cheese I want. She said they don't do that. When a customer comes and request politely to change gloves because he's a vegetarian, you should, instead of telling him "what difference does it gonna make as we touch all the food anyway" in front of other customers.
This is the 2nd time this lady provided me bad service. The first time I asked to change gloves, she just walked away in the back and now this.
Plz respect customers and people no matter what cast, religion, color they belong to. If you can't do it then try to find another profession.
