My experience at Steak Escape in Brandon was quite disappointing. Despite being intrigued by the name, the reality was far from any kind of escape. The overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired; the tables were cluttered with items despite the absence of customers, and the floors were littered with trash. The drink area resembled a disaster zone, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere.

After much contemplation, my companions and I chose to dine in. Regrettably, this decision proved to be a mistake. The food lacked any discernible flavor, leaving us with a rather unappetizing meal. The only way to make it remotely palatable was to douse it in copious amounts of ketchup. Even after being served, the staff displayed an astonishing lack of initiative when it came to cleaning. To my astonishment, one employee even opted to indulge in his AirPods and relax in the rear of the establishment.

In summary, my visit to Steak Escape was a genuinely unpleasant experience. The combination of unsanitary conditions, lackluster food, and apathetic staff members left a lasting negative impression. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying...

Arrived at this location at 9:22 in the drive through. There was one car in front of me actively ordering. They pulled around to the window so i pulled forward hoping to order before they closed at 9:30. I then got ignored until 9:30, guess the workers inside decided they were going to close a little early at me and my wife's expense. I pulled around to the window and could clearly see two employees by the window still ignoring me. I haven't tried Steak Escape in a while and for good reason. Last time I tried several months ago and was also ignored at the drive through window. Guess it's part of their policy, ignore hungry customers so they can leave early. The food at this place is always hit or miss. I have had maybe 2 decent meals here and 3 or 4 really bad ones. Every time I pull up I'm not even sure its open because there is literally no cars in the parking lot. I never go into the store. The one time I did was enough for me. Who ever owns this place obviously doesn't care at all about cleanliness. The restaurant its self is dirty and in disrepair. The bathrooms are always gross. Also the price is absolutely ridiculous. What chain fast foot restaurant makes you pay for fries, drinks, and the sandwich all ala carte? This one does.. expect to pay between $18-22 dollars for a regular sub fries and drink.
