My experience here has been a real breathe of fresh aire, after coming all the way from crowded California I flew into Atlanta, Georgia, and have driven though the night, when I pulled off the i20 I had planned to get a lil rest till I saw the WflHouse open and ready and open for business, even at 430am. The crew (Waitress Samantha & Cook Nathan) here have truly been professionally welcoming with the type of whatever it takes attitude to make my visit here the very best they could, from start to finish it was a real pleasure being here this early morning. Sam was determined to see thar all my cares were met and Nate cooked up the best full breakfast I've had in quite sometime. So when any of you reading this are feelin hungry I encourage all folks from both near and far to pull over walk in and pick your seat and table then leave the rest up to the crew! Then be ready to enjoy all the great food that will be prepared just the way you like! Don't be shy with any thing you want to ask for without a doubt they will do their very best to satisfy you for sure! I ordered a full breakfast sausage n eggs with double the hash browns came with a full waffle, bisquits and gravy a full bottle of fresh orange juice and unlimited coffee as well all sooo good and still under...
Read moreMichael who is the 3rd shift Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our late night order. At first, I assumed he was simply the cook because no other employees were in sight. I proceeded to confirm with him that there is or would be someone on duty to serve us as you would expect. Micheal insured us that, even though the waitress on duty was in the parking lot on the phone with her boyfriend, he would gladly assist us. Stunned and baffled that she could abandon a fellow lone employee beyond any length of a “break time” Micheal the 3rd shift manager was more than attentive throughout our dining experience. Personally he’s the fastest cook hands down I’ve ever witnessed at any location ever. Not to mention we were not the only customers coming and going! Micheal’s high spirits was rather impressive and made me humble myself to be honest. The funniest part is though, once everyone else had payed and left, I began to box up my left overs practically walking out the door, at that moment the seemingly mysterious waitress appeared. Smile at us? No. Speak to us? No. Getting in the car out of the corner of my eye I saw Michael goin out the back door to take his break. The Waffle House employee who, for whatever reason, is privileged enough to ignore customers’...
Read moreWorst Service, worse food, worst staff ever! Don’t care at all about the customers… I paid for cheese in my eggs, grits and on my hash brown, also paid for mushrooms, onions as well. Guess what? No mushroom, no onion, no cheese on hash brown or eggs. I’m glad I checked my To-Go order before I left that store. I sent it back to be corrected, tell me why…he puts onions and mushrooms on the grill acts just placed it on a cold half done hash brown. Still didn’t put my cheese on it. Still no cheese in my eggs. Spent 30.00 fora breakfast that I got only half of and it was terrible. The waffle was so thick and dry, ace they only wanted to give me one syrup. The kicker is… when I sent food back for correction, they turn and look at me like I did something wrong. Way to treat a charmer…. my money is good everywhere, never again will I eat from here. I will drive to another location before I go to this one again and it is walking distance from me… SMH! I expected more from a “Brandon” location 🙄 just horrible. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU...
