10/10/2025: THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THE DRIVE THRU LADY HAS TRYED TO SCAM ME OUT OF A TIP! I came up there and ordered my food then got to the window and the server named Taylor H didnt even pass me the scanner to select no tip. ODD.... she claimed she did it for me which is ODD. i get all my transactions to my phone so im already seeing that she put a tip for $1.35 that i did not approve for her to do. She hands me my food but not my receipt so i ask for it and she looks stunned i wonder why? I ask her why there is a tip on my receipt and she says the other worker is going to take it off because it was a accident? i ask her is it going to show up on my account and she assures me it will. i drove off for a second and then called the manager and explained what happen.
