McDonald's — Restaurant in Branford

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! I started by going inside , I was helped but told my 4 digit code was “expired.” After disagreeing , and being confused as I just opened the app and clicked on earn points, and I was told the code doesn’t work and nothing can be done. I said this has never happened before, and the person helping me said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I was definitely upset, but my experience got WAY WORSE!!! after getting over my code not working and placing my order, I waited 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That is not FAST food. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I called corporate, who said “well look into it,” and never heard back. My experience at this McDonald’s was bad but the customer service made it worth leaving a 1 star review. Shut down...

It is so rare that I have the opportunity to leave a 5 star review at a fast food place, but this time it was definitely warranted.

I went through the drive-thru and the line was about 5 cars deep. Dinner rush, to be expected.

However, we were through the line quickly and my order was pretty much all special order - fries: no salt, cooked extra; QP no cheese, extra pickle, extra onions. I'm pretty sure this was the first time it was perfect! The burger was made to order, and not only was there not a speck of salt on my fries, but they were cooked to perfection!

The staff was friendly too....

This McDonald's is a quick stop. Food delivered quickly and effiently and correctly. I will say a few things. When I have gone into the restaurant, it is dirty, I have seen napkins and trash on the tables. The play area is mostly computer games and most of the time, they do not work. I have not been inside since COVID so I cannot speak to how they clean between customers. Overall, the staff is friendly. The food is fresh. I would recommend it if you need a quick bite to eat. But I would recommend going through the drive through...
