Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Branson West

They were extremely disorganized.... I ordered spicy garlic and hot bone in wings, and a pizza and my mother selected 2 pizzas as well on a seperate order.... We both selected curbside pickup, and put in my car for the pick up on both orders. I arrived 3 mins before my meals were done... When I arrive I find out that they don't have either one of my wing flavors.... So I had to choose a different flavor(not once did they ask if I would like to take it off my order) and I had to wait another 20 mins in the parking lot for my meals to finish now. WHY WASN'T I CALLED SO THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN???? Then they finally bring out my order... But I receive only my two wing orders and my mother's two pizzas.... I was missing my pizza.... Another 5 mins goes by and they bring out my pizza, it had no bacon on it like I asked, nor did any of our pizzas have seasoning on the crust like we asked on BOTH orders.... I was tired of waiting almost 30 mins in the parking lot at this point. My mother had cash, the lady who brought out my orders had no idea her order wasn't even paid for yet... So I paid her and asked for my change back, took ANOTHER 10 minutes for her to bring my change back to me, didn't bring me my exact change(kept a $1 for herself) and when I got home(which my house is only 5 minutes away) my pizzas were luke warm, my wings were ICE COLD AND UNDER COOKED, AND I had no plates, parmesan, or red peppers like I asked. It was a disaster last night and I'm not happy about it one bit. Only positive is that the woman doing the running was rushing around and was very apologetic.... I ordered a dinner box(which came with 2 medium pizza, wings, and breadsticks) cheese breadsticks and a edge pizza and a side salad. When I arrived I was given 3 boxes and a salad. The employee never opened the boxes and just said here. So I opened the boxes and saw my edge pizza, hamburger pizza and what I thought was my cheese breadsticks. I asked where the rest of my order was and so she asked the cook. He showed up with my wings and they said we will make the rest of your order. I waited 15 minutes and went back inside and another guy came and said “oh we are out of breadsticks “ I waited another 30 minutes and I was given my missing cheese pizza and then my missing regular breadsticks. I brought the food back to our rental and discovered that what was my cheese breadsticks was my cheese pizza. We ate the edge pizza and discovered that there was no sauce on the pizza. And then as I was looking at my bank statement I noticed that they were charging my card 3x’s. I called the manager this morning and she said I can give you a credit to use next time. Do not waste your money here. They just renovated the place a couple months ago and we loved it before, but now have a different opinion. We received no straws with our drinks and were not even greeted with a hello or smile. The pizza took forever and we did not receive plates with our breadsticks, so I had to grab some off the Buffet. Our menus were never picked up after we ordered. We were never asked about refills on our beverages... the place had flies all over the place and they bit my legs while I tried to eat. Our order was also not right. We waited forever on our ticket and finally I walked up and ask for it at the register. I told the shift manager I was not looking for a discount or anything, but that she should know the customer service was terrible. She never ask me what my issues were, but explained they were short staffed. Sorry, but that isn’t a customers problem nor should a manager make excuses When there is a problem.
