Pizza by the Chef — Restaurant in Branson West

Had a big sign on the window as you walk in large one top pizza 12.00 I was charged 18.00 so I questioned the price and was told I didn’t ask for that price. I told her it made no sense so she said that is for advertising in order to get people in and we are not going to just give it to them. I said that is false advertising and terrible customer service. We have been there three times this week and met the owner about a year ago and she seemed to be a person of great character. We had a young lady whose picture was on the wall serve us the other day and she gave us that price without asking. Am I wrong here. We have been there about ten times in 15 years and three times just in the last week. Now I’m ready to not go back. Customer service means everything to me as a business owner and I would be quite angry if I saw my employee do that to my customers. The food is great the server at 2pm on July...

If only you could give no stars at all. My girlfriend called up and ordered a large pizza, a double Italian sub and two pieces of cake. After we wait and wait for about an hour and 20 mins living only 2 miles away they show up with our pizza, one piece of cake instead of both and our sub sandwich that was burnt and had nothing but tomatoes on in not all the ingredients that are usually put on a double meat Italian sub and failed to put the pickle that is in the cost of this 14 dollar sandwich in the box. Now I understand messing up it happens to the best of us and I am not one to complain until it comes to 45 dollars going down the drain on a local pizza company you are trying to support. Unfortunately service was not very good. Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup(after being on hold for over 15 minutes)was told 30-35 minutes. Great that’s fine, get here was ask to pay as soon as I ask for order. Was told I needed to wait for about 12 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I was told it’d still be about 12 more minutes. Note I continued to wait even longer. And before anyone comes at me sideways, there was ONE table waiting to have there food brought to the table. Time continues to drag. So if you are in a crunch and have a time frame I would highly not recommend. If you have time to waste then no worries. I would say work on estimates along with keeping the customer up to date on how long the wait it. A little communication...
