Our First Time There Was A Fun Place To Eat I Had The Chicken And Catfish Combo the Chicken Was Good But was not Hot But The Catfish Was Spot On And Delicious There Tartar Sauce Compliments The Catfish Perfectly. Don't know what happened with the chicken, but it was still good. The potatoes and gravy were warm, NOT hot, but still good there slaw is very good. The dinner rolls are not what I expected are ok .the wife got the tenderloin potatoes and gravy and green beans, and everything tasted delicious but was not hot, but still Good The place is clean. The staff are polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. Our waitress was Erica, and she took really good care of us, so ask to be seated in her section. She will take good care of you. The food would be amazing hot .but I get it. They were busy, and the food was still delicious, and the portions were huge. If you leave hungry, it's on you, not them, Lol. We will be back, and I recommend everyone try this place if you are in Ozark, Missouri will be glad you did...WE RETURNED A SECOND TIME AND HAD A PROBLEM . WITH OUR FOOD THE OWNER REACHED OUT AND SAID TO TRY THEM AGAIN AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US SO WE MAKE THE 45 MINUTE DRIVE MY WIFE WAS TOLD TO INFORM THE MANAGER WHAT THE OWNER HAD SAID UPON ARRIVAL SO SHE DID WE WHERE SEATED AND ORDERED OUR MEAL AND DRINKS THEN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SAID HE CALLED THE MANAGER WHO HAD JUST LEFT BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND SAID THEY COULD NOT COMP OUR MEALS HE WOULD GIVE US 30 % OFF SO WE PAID FOR OUR DRINKS AND CANCELED OUR FOOD AND LEFT . WE DID TIP OUR WAITRESS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT HER FAULT AND SHE TOOK CARE OF US WHILE WE WERE THERE . WE WILL NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION SO JUST KNOW IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WHEN THEY SAY TO COME BACK THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU IT MEANS 30% OFF YOUR ORDER. WITCH IS NICE, BUT WHEN YOU CAN'T EAT YOUR MEAL BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM AND YOU ARE TOLD COME BACK AND TRY US AGAIN WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU THEY MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THEY WILL REPLACE YOUR MEAL SO JUST KNOW WHAT IT MEANS IF THERE...

Extremely large portions but not at the sake of quality. Paty melt was a 10/10, with well seasoned fried okra on the side. BBQ wings were solid. 1 lbs Tenderloin, as a big as a basketball. Well-seasoned, maybe the best I've had size aside. Ordered an Ala cart of B&G to try it. Very good with hints of homemade gravy. Cheeseburger reported in as solid. Lastly, the pancakes....ordered a short stack to maybe avoid the famous 14" pastry, then here they brought 2 - 14 inchers stacked to make up the short stack. The size is a novelty, again not the at the expense of taste. Sweet cream pancakes did not disappoint. Maybe a bit much on the qty. This place is a must stop, maybe multiple stops as you find yourself wanting to try it all. Update: Oct 2024 Adding a breakfast pic from early in the week, it's a belly buster for sure. Popped in for lunch another day and tried the recommended melt in your mouth tri tip sandwich with horseradish sauce and drippings for dipping. Not exactly melt in your mouth, a bit tough but not horrible. Upgraded to hush puppies and they were like eating cotton balls they were so dry. Really just wanted to pass on to folks to decline the seat on the end in the room to your right when u enter. My lands, I was leaning backwards due to the sagging floor and the floor bounced with every step, the worst part was I felt like we were a party of 4 instead of 2. We were crammed in from all sides and felt we were in the way of the waitstaff. You wanna boost your throughput then add on, don't make people knock elbows...

This place was amazing! I was blown away at how big the restaurant was and by how much different foods they make. They had something for even the pickiest eaters. They have 14" pancakes, pancakes that is also French toast at the same time. Their chicken fried steak could feed 3 people at one time. Their eggs! Oh my, they were the softest, fluffier, and smooth like butter. Never had eggs like these before, ANYWHERE!. I am from Austin, TX, and I was taking my nephew to see his dad. So, we met halfway between the two houses, and Branson,MO, was our stop, and I am so glad it was. If you find yourself near Billy Gail's, then you MUST eat here. I gave this place a 4 star rating due to service. Our waitress came to take our order, but walked away TWICE in the middle of me and my family ordering. She was to busy making sure the other party's tables were being served first. I don't know, but it was highly rude. Like what, my family doesn't look rich like the other people in the room?! Well, we did look comfortable in our laid back clothes, but still, you don't go up and take an order and then walk away. I am diabetic, and we already had to wait like 20 minutes for a table. Then 10 minutes more for our waitress to come to our table, and then she did what she did. Still, if I find myself in Branson, MO, I'm stopping here...
