Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Breckenridge Hills

The Dairy Queen food is always good, reliable, no surprises there.

My roommates and I had three separate orders so of course I went in to get them. This Dairy Queen is ALWAYS busy. When I walked in, the tall male cashier greeted me, politely asked me to wait just a moment, and then ran off to do something.

A female cashier came over not a few seconds later and immediately helped me. She got all three of my food bags, she also consolidated all of my blizzard bags for me, and (unprompted) got me a new coke because she said the other one was sitting too long. She also grabbed me some extra ketchup and BBQ sauce too! She's an S tier employee!

The tall male cashier also came back while she was doing stuff and asked what I needed. While I was already being helped, it was still super nice that he offered!

Great food, greater service. Highly recommend coming to this...

This Dairy Queen have people waiting in there cars forever they are so slow they need a whole new staff of workers and I didn't see any black workers working there why is this? because the staff they had definitely needed help today cars where lined up from the front to the back and nothing was moving ,they took their dear sweet time serving customers on Saturday 23 rd of April 2022 , I'm not racist I'm just saying I saw nobody black cooking in the kitchen maybe if there where they would have moved the crowd between 3 & 4 PM the food was good but the staff was very slow getting them orders out and it was a full staff they need to move quicker or hire somebody else a manager that works with speed when there is a crowd or a timer to clock their speed when they have cars lined up some people started leaving they...

Update forgot to mention when I called them last night it went straight to a voicemail that isn't set up then I've called them twice this morning I finally rings but I still get a voicemail that hasn't been set up yet.....I literally JUST left from the I'm so disappointed they handed me the bag with a food container, that ripped through the bag, sticking out the side. They crammed everything in to the one bag two fries, a burger two orders of pretzels that was supposed to be a total of 4, and a chili cheese dog, no fork. I get home and the chili dog was literally slopped together the box was mush and ALL my food hit the ground!!! I'm so mad twenty five bucks ain't alot of money but I'll be danged if I just paid for food that ended up on the ground because of laziness and...
