I have been coming to this location for the last 15 or so years and I've seen employees come and go. The newer manager Andre is a good dude, alot Better then the last guy Chris. Andre Knows his stuff, etc. But there is a girl named SAM that works there and needs to find a new profession. She has some knowledge of games and other related topics but her customer service is horrible. No smile, doesn't seem to happy to be at work, etc. And she will not hesitate turning you down so she doesn't have to do a thing. (Her Main excuse is I'm short on my drawer for trade ins or returns right now. Come back later. Ya when it's not her shift...SMH.) And now yesterday there was this guy with glasses and long blonde hair, I didn't catch his name. I tried selling two of my phone's (Moto E4 and a Samsung Galaxy j7) and this guy definitely did not know what he was doing. First he, right off the bat, said GameStop doesn't take these two phone's. BS I looked on my app. So I had to school him on that. Then the fun started. He couldn't figure out how to get the computer synced to either phone then had issues with the S/N and IMEI numbers. I told him for the Moto the DEC is the same thing and then tried arguing with me. It's so frustrating for a customer who's satisfaction went from 90-100% to about a 29% now. Today I'm going to attempt this again and hopefully Andre will be there to help me....
Read moreI went to the register and purchased New Super Mario Bros. Before I made the purchase, the lady who was the assistant store manager wasn't very friendly at all. I asked her if they had New Super Mario Bro 2 in stock and before she went to go check she told me NO. I sad but I know that you guys have the game in stock because a representative from the store advised me that the game was in stock. The large women went to go check to see if the game was in stock after I told her it was and she ultimately found out it was in stock. She handed me the box and didn't apologize for giving the incorrect information. When I get home and settle down at about 10:26PM ready to play my new game, I open up my GameStop bag, and open the case and NO GAME!!! JUST AN EMPY BOX. Never in the history of me purchasing games from GAME STOP have I experienced this. Now I am 30 miles from this store and it is very unfair that I have spend my time and gas to go back out there. VERY UNFAIR!!!!!!! I hope that they have integrity and give me the game that I paid for. I am a Super Mario fan and I almost cried when I saw the box was empty. Read moreCalled 4 times within an hour to see if they had a product before driving there. No one answered. I arrive and the store is empty, as i try to talk to the woman at the counter she cuts me off as though annoyed at my presence asking if i came for something specific. The whole time i am speaking she is looking at her phone. She types 4 random keys to "look up" the product, none of which correlate with the name of what id given. She then glances very briefly into two drawers and say they dont have it before trying to send me to a store over 30 miles away. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I have never felt more like a burden just by walking into a store. I had several other things i wanted to look at but i genuinely felt pushed to just leave. She seems mad at me for coming to buy something when all id done is walked in and ask if she had a certain product.
