6am the lady at the drive through couldn’t even hear me what I what ordering or she was too busy playing on her phone. This older old Hispanic heavy set women always had the rudest attitude when taking orders.

She messed up my order by not actively listening at all. Had to walk in and get it fixed by another DD associate only to have the store manager have a nasty attitude.

Enough is enough.

Formal Complaint Regarding Rude Drive-Thru Service on 7/30/2025

Dear Dunkin’ Customer Service,

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Dunkin’ / Baskin-Robbins location at 2306 W 147th St, Posen, IL (Store #359059) on the morning of July 30, 2025, at approximately 6:41 AM.

I visited the drive-thru to redeem a reward for a large iced coffee (receipt attached for reference). Unfortunately, the employee who handed me my order at the window displayed an extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude that was both uncalled for and off-putting. She made no effort to be courteous and instead acted as though my presence and order were a burden. Her demeanor was dismissive, and her tone was cold and unpleasant.

I have never had such a negative experience at a Dunkin’ location before, and I find it very disappointing that employees representing your brand feel comfortable treating loyal customers this way. Courtesy and professionalism should never be optional, regardless of how early it is or whether the order was paid for with a reward.

This location is convenient for my morning routine, but after this encounter, I am seriously reconsidering returning. I urge you to address this issue with the staff involved to ensure no other customers are treated this way.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THIS DUNKIN I GO HERE EVERY MORNING I GET A COFFE 5 SUGARS 4 CREAMS. MY COFFE IS ALWAYS PERFECT. BUT THE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED 8/11/24 AT APROXIMATELY 8:15 A.M. FROM THE TWO YOUNG LADIES TAKING ORDERS IN DRIVE THRU IS UNACCEPTABLE. I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER TO HER OVER AND SHE STILL DID NOT GET THE ORDER CORRECT. WHEN I RETURNED MY COFFEE TO THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SHE MOCKED ME ROLLING HER EYES STATING " 5 SUGARS 4 CREAMS" WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. I came to this location for first time last week and i ordered a double chocolate donut with a medium iced coffee. When i got to work i saw there was a long thin hair in my bag. This was disgusting but i get it things happen. I forgot about it and decided to return because it was close to my job. I decided to go in store and i noticed a white latina young lady with her hair down- does working with food not require you to put it up anymore? I ignored once again.
