La Isla Michoacana — Restaurant in Bremen Township

I work at the autoshop next door, we are a family owned business. My family sends me to pick up from this Michoacana especially in the summer when the weather is hot. I love this place, I was always attended by a male, who I believe is the only. This summer there is a new female worker who unfortunately has not given me the best experience. The first time this summer she attended me my aunt sent me for a cup a fruit for her and I specifically asked for no tajin because my aunt cannot have anything spicy and the young lady put some on and when I told her I couldn’t take it like that she did not give me a new cup of fruit but instead tried to clean the tajin off but still left some. I thought it was an honest mistake and did not make a fuss about it but now my second time going my family asked for 2 cups of fruit, First cup, watermelon, mango, & apples. Second Cup was mango & pineapple. When she gave me the second cup she gave me pineapple & watermelon instead what I ordered and I let her know and she changed it but left the second cup with barley any fruit and the first cup completely full. She was also giving me a hard time trying to pay part of my payment cash and part card. I do not appreciate...

Went in as an Uber eats driver to pick up an order, after completely ignoring me for at least five minutes while continuing to make a drink and walk back and forth to wash hands and check the computer oh and speak to her friends who were dining in she continued to ignore me. Finally after she did acknowledge me she told me it would be at least a ten minute wait as she hadn’t started making the order yet. From one person in the service industry to another, greet your customers when they walk through the door at least once. It takes little effort to acknowledge someone’s presence and it creates a friendlier atmosphere instead of ignoring them. Also it was a Fifteen minute drive to the store and they would have had the order at least that long to get started on it. Very poor service and won’t be going back or...

Extremely over Priced!!!! I work in a few blocks away from this location and decided to go in and buy a large agua de fresa (instead of my usual Venti Dragon or Pink drink from Starbucks ⭐️)and the employee made it twice, the first time it tasted very bitter, the second time was no taste to the drink, no sugar, I had to ask her to add sugar! Other michoacana locations I’ve gone to have all flavor waters made, always fresh and taste delicious 😋 I PAID $8 dollars and change for this one drink WILL NEVER GO...
