This service was quick, the female on the loud speaker in the drive-thru line was very clear to hear and confirmed my order for me more than once. And not just twice verbally, but also displayed the screen twice. Which I truly appreciated since I'm hard of hearing. She informed me more than once what widow to pull up to as well and there was not 1 oz of aggravation or annoyalty in her voice at all. Because I've gotten that before from other restaurants and I'm not saying McDonald's but I'm speaking in general. Then upon heading to the guest window, I handed her the bills first, but then dropped some of the change on the ground and had to move my car up just a little bit to find that change and that young lady still remained patient, with no look of annoyance or frustration in her face. She allowed me to take my time to find that change and it was just a very good feeling, because I was expecting otherwise. I know how tired those workers can get and she was just wonderful as far as letting me get out of my car and pick up the change that I dropped. So whoever that young lady was, I still have the receipt if any further information is needed, I see something that says KS numerical symbol 13 which, I don't know if that means anything but if I can I'll post a picture of this receipt if it helps in order to find out exactly who that cashier was at the first window. But I went there last night which was at 8:52p.m. C.S.T., December 17th, 2024. So young lady, whoever you are at the McDonald's in oak Forest Illinois, I truly appreciate how the treatment I received from you. It means more to me than you realize. And I've been sick for the last couple days, so it really meant a...
Read moreOn 10/24/2021 at 9:30pm, this was arguably the worst experience I ever had at any fast food place ever. Everybody working this shift should be terminated. First I assumed the drive thru microphone was broken because it seems they couldn’t hear me and got a attitude repeating “welcome to McDonald’s how can I help you”. So I just pulled to the window. Then sat there for 5mins while the lady with the headset was doing god knows what. Finally some guy answers the window and tells me my order, which is weird because I thought they couldn’t hear me, but whatever. I pay. I pull to the next window. More people walking around doing god knows what. Wiping spilled soda on the counter onto the floor. Gives me my food. What do you know, it’s wrong. Pull back around. Wait some more for the lady at the window to final answer it. Tells me to pull to the next window. The guy at the next window takes my food. Walks away. Then comes back and tells me to pull into number 3 spot. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, plain with a large coke? Why does a simple order like that require me to pull over. So I did, and waited and nobody came out. This experience took over 50mins and never received my food and then had to argue with them to get my money back. I pulled in McDonald’s at 9:15, and pulled out with a refund at 10:05, store closed. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS...
Read moreI definitely wouldn't go back there I spoke to Sally their manager who just wanted to credit me a dollar fifty for the nasty fries that I got that I waited 20 minutes for you would think after the owner spent all that money on that new McDonald's charges more money than the others that the Quality Quick coming out would be great and havingn more professionalism. All I Asked Sally the manager to do is make sure that the quality food going out is better next time, and she didn't even respond to that saying I will look into it she just said thanks for calling bye. And then she called me back to tell me she does care I'm a manager for a company and I am sure she didn't, even her voicemail didn't sound sincere! STAY AWAY! Not worth the 20-minute wait!
And no I went back there again figured give them another chance and the food was nasty the fries were old the chicken nuggets were hard their hamburgers taste like garbage stay far and clear away from this place go to the one in Midlothian or Crestwood a lot...
