I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered the Krabby patty meal, the Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, and 2 frostys (I had 2 coupons from the boo book to cover the frostys). When I received my food I pulled over to eat. My fries were cold, the burgers were old/cold, the Krabby patty barely had sauce on it, my nuggets were missing, and I was charged for one of the frostys. So, I pulled back around to the drive-thru. I explained to the employee everything that was wrong with my order. She got her manager whom told me that they couldn’t replace my entire order. He could only replace the fries and the nuggets. After I explained to him a few times that all of my food was incorrect, and showed him the food he still refused to replace my order. I then asked for a refund, which I was denied. Supposedly there’s a no refund policy. I asked to see the policy in writing, but the manager couldn’t find the sign. I asked again to see the policy in writing, and he still couldn’t find the sign. As I’m talking another employee, who is not a manager, told the manger to close the window on me. I wasn’t cursing, I wasn’t loud, and I wasn’t disrespectful. So, for her to tell him to do that was just unnecessary. The manager finally found the sign, and it read…. No CASH refunds. Well, I didn’t use cash I used Apple Pay. So obviously that didn’t apply to me. When I pointed that out I was still refused a refund. So, I decided to sit in the drive-thru until I received either my food or my refund. The manager, Valazquez, decided to call the police on me. The police came, and stated that they constantly get calls to that location about people not being able to get a refund. Eventually the police had them give me a refund for the frosty, and give me some more fried and the missing nuggets. Everything was cold, and I didn’t even get a full refund for the frosty. I will never come back to this Wendy’s. That sign should’ve been posted in the window in plain sight, because if I would’ve seen that I wouldn’t have ever paid for my order. I do not shop at places that do not give refunds. Wendy’s was dead wrong, The service and the food are horrible here. Don’t waste your time...
Read moreI ordered on the mobile app and instead of a big bacon single I received a single with a very small piece of lettuce, a small piece of tomato, and a small piece of onion. And no bacon. I also ordered two bacon double stacks, only one of which had bacon. The fries were cold. I tried to contact Wendy's with a chat bot on its app, but that doesn't seem to be working. There's a big sign at the second drive thru window that says No Cash Refunds, and now I see why they need that sign there.
Jan 26, 2023 Ordered on mobile app. 2 min wait for my order👍, big bacon single was good 👍, fries were hot 👍. Ordered an oatmeal bar, got a chocolate chip cookie instead 👎, ordered a frosty key chain for a two dollar donation... No sign of it 👎. Overall I think they are going in the right direction, but I still haven't had a drive thru order 100 percent correct. Update to 2 1/2...

Usually when I go to this Wendy’s everything is perfect. However, today I was robbed by a woman not knowing of the promotional special and a male employee not correcting the situation.
I ordered the Breakfast Special $1.00 Soft Drink and requested a Large. I was given a small and told “the special is only for small drinks.” I went outside to grab my phone and showed a male employee after speaking as if I was stupid what the app states. He told me “Order another one through the app” not correcting the situation.
