If I could give a complete zero star review across the board I would. I went to the Bremen location afternoon of 3/6/25 (today) to take advantage of the happy hour promo. I ordered at the speaker with an anssociate and waited in the car line. Upon arriving at the window I provided my phone for her to scan the QR code. It was not working. The associate went to get Christina, a shift lead who kept trying. We waited for it to regenerate and it still would not take in the computer. It seemed like an issue with the computer as it thought I was using points and not a coupon.
Christina recommended taking a screenshot and went to speak with her boss who was there- an assistant store manager named Donna Starnes. As soon as she approached the window, she was exuding an attitude. I was told that I had to use the app and it was my problem not the store’s. I explained that it provided a QR code to redeem through the app with the store. She would not budge. And kept insisting it was a personal problem. I asked for her information or a card. She was condescending, dismissive and facetious during the interaction. She told me if I have an issue to come see Vicki in the morning.
I asked for her district manager’s information and she would not provide details other than a first name. I asked why she could not assist me as a one time courtesy with the adjustment on the price of the order and she declined and said it was not poor customer service when I told her it was and that this whole experience could have been very different. The entire interaction from when I ordered at the window until when I left was over 30 minutes. There were at least five cars behind me and while at the window trying to work on a resolution, at least one of the customer’s had called the store and advised that they would be by in the morning to speak with Vicki over the amount of time things are taking in the drive through.
I am quite disappointed in my interaction with Donna. There was no need for her to be so rude. What concerns me the most is her unwillingness to provide a great customer service experience. It not only affected me by not receiving any food I ordered but also the plethora of people behind me who suffered a loss of time because she kept wanting to engage in a conversation going no where.
Unfortunately there is not a way to call a customer service number and this is not a corporate location so I am hoping I am reached out to be either franchise owner or a district manager.

Read moreGot a burger with a piece of the bun missing, I feel like they've given up all effort since DQ has arrived, it's also pretty pricey when just a burger is the same as a whole meal from DQ.
The burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for awhile, don't get me wrong I used to be obsessed with this place and loved it especially with the hot ham and cheese sandwiches, but if you can't or won't try and compete with the new place in town and just put no effort at all in making your food hot and fresh you might as well close up shop. My papa used to love eating from here all the time and he passed away June 7th last year, it's a real shame to see that the quality has dropped so much.

When I called up there to speak to a manager the GM began yelling at me saying "All our customers know we don't do the gravy bowls anymore" and told me that there was nothing she can do about it.
