MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Brentwood

Everyone has long hair and only 2 have a hat or hair covering. The guy that was making my pizza wasn’t listening when I was trying to tell him to add more than a couple of punches of cheese and the guy behind him grabbed it and threw it in the oven I explained to the guy that I wanted a little more cheese he turned around flipped his head in the air looked at it then started making my other pizza. I explained to the original guy that took my order he looked in the oven and said they will add it afterwords. I told him that I’d like it browned on top he then made me another one. There were 7 people on the other side of the counter bumping into each other. The food is good but you may want to try the Pittsburg-Antioch location for hygiene.

I am trying this place for the second time in a while because it is close to where I’m at at the moment. No facial hair this time but the attitude on the girl was rude she asked how many pizzas and was getting impatient the person I was with said they would have cheesy garlic bread. I said so I guess 2 pizzas she said so one pizza. She was talking under her breath to a co worker just acting unprofessional. I will not make the same...

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel my experience could be helpful

I got a free pizza after doing a survey after having subpar service. I ordered the pizza along with others a week later and chose curbside pickup.

I followed the instructions on the sign in front of the restaurant and spoke to a gentleman inside who said he will bring my pizza right out.

I waited another 20 minutes. Nothing. Decided just to go inside because they close in fifteen minutes. I walk to the counter (which has maybe 2 people in line) and ask about my order. The guy who I just spoke to says “I was about to call you. I don’t have your order.” He doesn’t even have my name, number, order so how was he going to call?

I’ve been waiting in the restaurant for 10 minutes. Still no pizzas.

Sorry Mod, gave you a chance after your first mess up. Won’t be coming back. Your staff let you down.

Good pizza if you can put up with the terrible service.

This location has consistently disappointed me and has caused nothing but a frustrating outcome. I’ve placed multiple curbside orders and I’ve never had one visit where I get my order on time. One incident I waited well over an hour in the parking lot because my order had been “ misplaced”. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas I call the location and let them know I’m outside waiting and I usually hear “your order isn’t quite ready but we’ll bring them out to you as soon as they’re ready” but they never do. I have to keep asking where my pizzas are. I didn’t realize the curbside pickup is an extremely complicated process for the employees at the Brentwood location. I understand at times it’s busy and you have to wait but it’s beyond ridiculous here. I always leave a generous tip thinking that might help with my order considering most people don’t leave a tip but I guess not. Rather than getting frustrated each time I go, I think I’m done...
