We were looking forward to the change in ownership to see what they would bring in to make it “different”. Sadly, it’s EXACTLY the same equipment and setup. The only thing they changed was the paint, sign and dangerously understaffed. So much so, that the rock wall is not open entirely, and there was 1….yes ONE single person looking after the entire upstairs facility where EVERY experience is located. I know this bc I approached the kid in uniform to ask if he is in charge of manning the dodge ball area since teens were inside with food and drinks and cussing at little kids whenever they’d get hit with a ball. His reply, “Sorry ma’am, it’s just me up here and the most I can do is blow a whistle.” In addition, kids were improperly flipping head first into the center area with the inflatable landing, so closely that they’d hit their head on the border wall. What did he do? Blew his whistle and said basically all he’s there to do is call for an ambulance if anyone needed it. I immediately asked for a manager, and of course, none in the building- just “shift leads” aka kids. If checking out of supervising your kids to eat and lounge, you may be happy to hear that they minimally expanded their snack bar offerings and “membership” opportunities.
All that to say, we are totally disappointed and turned off by the lack of management and safety ratios. I was chatting with other moms who shared my disappointment in the establishment and they suggested Urban Air in Concord- so we’re moving our membership there. Check out the pictures and attractions, I’m sure you’ll agree it’s worth the drive after 1...
Read moreFirst time here. Since we are on break decided to bring my teen boys. They were excited to come. We've been to 3 other trampoline park and this one is the worst. The front desk was terrific ! The girls were very helpful. The poor kids who oversees the free jump trampoline need more help. Little kids are running amuck while Older kids are doing ariel tricks. 30 min into our time, my son fell on a kid who ran under him while he was doing an ariel and my son got scolding from the worker. Luckily that kid was ok. I stood there watching and the worker is playing Tag with two little ones (I decided to video tape her but I'm not going I post it). I went to talk to a manager. Told her what happened with my son and the little boy and told her that the site is not being supervised She left and came back and told me that she reprimanded the worker who was playing tag. When I got back my sons and their two teenage friends said that they got scolding from a worker, they pointed to the manager I just talked to. They were scolded for doing flips and for not watching out for the kids. The rules does not say no flips.
Gteat concept . Could be a great place to come. Need more qualified workers and need more than 1 worker in the free jump area. Especially during school breaks and specials. Will come one more time to use my groupon pass But will not be returning after that. We normally go to Sky high. It's a further drive but they are more vigilant in their job . ☹️☹️ Sorry to have such a bad review , want...
Read moreI had my son’s 4th birthday here November 30th, 2024. Our “host” had no clue what she was doing and I had to keep looking for her to get answers to my questions and help. I usually dont leave reviews, but this was pretty bad! 😂 Despite spending around $600 on this experience there was no customer service, direction or help. It wasn’t busy at all, so I can’t event justify why the service was so bad. I literally did everything myself besides bring out the pizza.
I got the MEGA VIP package, but I probably could have gotten the least expensive party package and it would have been exactly the same. The package was supposed to have invitations, a t shirt for the birthday boy, water bottles etc. which we DID NOT get. When I brought it up to the “team lead” he said he apologized for the inconvenience and that’s it.
We also had extra jumpers, I was told it would be $28 per extra jumper and when I got my bill it was $43 per extra jumper. Again, told the “team lead” and he said “I’m sorry she’s new.” There was also no confirmation email prior that contained waivers to send to guests. I could have checked on that myself but just didn’t think about it until they sent a confirmation email AFTER the party! When the advertisement is “let us do everything” you just expect a little more. I ended up canceling my monthly subscription for the kids because I was so 😔 . If you book a party here, just be prepared to do all the work. 😂🥴
Needless to say, we were dissatisfied but made...
