BUYERS BEWARE! As a senior citizen I went into a store that I thought I could trust they ended up RIPPING ME OFF FOR $2,100. PLUS SOLD ME A FIRE HAZARD BASE. When I didn't want to buy their overpriced up to 70% markuped garbage mattresses $4200 the salesperson Eric recommended the same mattresses but they have been brought back within 120 days of use so they were supposed to be almost new. After bit I notice terrible sleeping I looked at the cushions/pillows they were all broken down on the left side looks as if it been around for years. So I went to talk to Eric he said I have to file a claim and if I had a problem come back to him. I filed a claim "The brochure says service will be performed in your home by someone from the nationwide network of highly skilled technicians within one week" FRAUD NOT TRUE they didn't come out at all. They suggested that I do this archaic test to put a broom across the mattress to take a measurement didn't make any sense but I did it Then they said that my measurements didn't pass the test so they wouldn't warranty the mattress. Remember this mattress is supposed to be like new within 120 days. But it's broken down. After going back to the store 6 times no one could seem to help me the manager April is never in and refused to call to rectify the problem. One of the workers on my third time going in worked out a solution to the problem but she just needed April to confirm that this was okay. More trips back in April never okayed it nor did she respond to me. Then she later said after me showing her pictures, she said that the mattress (should have never been sold) and suggested how I could FRAUD the insurance company by pressing down on the mattress and making things look worse than what it really was and then the insurance company would approve it. This is the worst customer service that I ever seen. A manager named April would not even return a phone call. I went to the store again and Marina who was subbing for someone she had worked out a solution with a mattress which was a warehoused Beautyrest -which was in the outlet. She only needed Aprils approval. But April the manager still refused to even call me. SEE PICTURES The mattress on the left is a 22+ year old mattress that I got from the uhaul bunk bed store and it still holding strong. The ones on the right is the warranty lie, and the tempera mattress firm, mattress pillows which are already broken down no support. GO TO MANCINI'S SLEEPWORLD OR SLEEP NUMBER I'M SURE YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL EXTREME MARK UP. MUCH...
Read moreWe came in earlier this evening for an exchange just before closing time. We previously purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress that was a touch too firm with a faulty mattress cover and wanted to check to see if we could finally find a dream bed. We were warmly greeted by Neah, who immediately went to work, answering questions while showing expertise in her choices of what mattresses to have us try out. She very graciously made every effort to handle our concerns which led to us finding the perfect match, along with awesome pillows and an upgraded mattress protector. What delighted me the most was her answer to my question of how do you like working for Mattress Firm?: “The best part of working here is truly helping people find the best bed for them to get a great night sleep!” Great Answer! The twist: I am a former Sleep Train employee and know that exchange customers are not desirable and could prevent another sale, should other customers come into the store. I tried to give Neah an “out” to help other customers if necessary but she insisted on helping us. She did just that with a huge upgrade! The late Zig Ziglar said, “You can have whatever you want if you would just help enough other people to get what they want.” Thank you Neah for your fantastic service to me and my family. We wish all the best for...
Read moreMy salesperson was named Neeah. That is not the correct spelling (only one e) but for some reason my spell check kept kicking it out. Nevertheless, when I walked into the Brentwood Mattress Firm, there but did not acknowledge me tress Firm located at in Lone Tree Plaza, Plaza, a male salesperson was busy on the computer and did not acknowledge me, but soon afterwards I was pleasantly greeted by Neah. She was knowledgeable, not pushy, and effectual.
Neah began by showing me mattresses on the $4,000 but remained pleasant would I noted that this mattress as for my guest bedroom. She then showed me mattresses in my price range and answeted all of my questions with a smile. Because of her expert descriptions, I chose a queen size mattress and when I lay down on it decided that was the one. It was as simple as that. I completed my purchase. and also purchased two mattress covers. On my way out I noted to the man at the computer what a wonderful salesperson Neah was but he still did not respond. Oh well.
So please ask for Neah when you enter the store. She deserves the dales for the customer service and sales she brings to this particular store. She is the best!
