In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Brentwood

The drive through line is all ways crazy line which isn't a huge deal other than the fact that it is dangerous. The line spills out all the way into the main road at times and is always long enough to create blocking issues on multiple of the turn in streets to get to the whole shopping center. I feel this isn't fair for those trying to get through not going to in and out or those waiting in the in and out line waiting as cars constantly pass them by inches from their cars or driving on incoming traffic lanes to get around. Very unsafe. However the food is amazing as always and the line goes quicker then you'd think. Would give 5 stars if they addressed the safety issue.

UPDATE: I am thrilled how the changes in their traffic flow has changed the overall environment of going through that intersection. Significantly safer and just about the best they could do without real construction changes to the parking lot. I would prefer this to happen as it's current fix could have potential issues down the line, but till then. Great job addressing a very serious issue!...

The last two times I went to in n out Burger I was very dissatisfied bcuz the hamburger that I ordered was tasteless. The French fries were fine and so was the chocolate milkshake. Over a year ago I had visited the in n out burger restaurant in Lodi, CA which was the first time that their food was tasteless. I had a friend with me then who also thought the same thing-. I had decided then that I would not visit another one of their restaurants. With this most recent in n out burger visit in Antioch, CA, I was out shopping with another friend of mine who insisted that we go there bcuz she loves their food. I gave them another try and again I experienced the same thing.....a tasteless burger. So for me.... I just don't care to eat...

I bought my wife a chocolate shake, and while waiting she needed to use the restroom. Apparently the staff (including a male security guard), demanded she open the bathroom stall, accusing her of smoking and threatening to call the police. How someone could be smoking without setting off the alarm I don't know, but these exemplars of classy customer service insisted they smelled smoke and didn't even want to let her wash her hands. I have always been impressed with the staff at the various In-N-Out establishments I've visited, but I must say that I am shocked and disgusted by the mentally unbalanced thuggery my spouse and I were assaulted with at...
