If I ever leave a review that is bad, generally I will return to see if things have improved. I believe that restaurants and people have bad days, I know I do. However, I have never been questioned or meant to feel bad about a review by the individual or situation that I complained about. Usually people like to fix the issue and move forward. I returned with a group of 10+ people after my original bad review of an employee. When I went to the bar this individual said "Eliason, oh yeah you are the guy that left the bad review about me right? Well enjoy your beer." Then they just stared at me with disgust. I was flabbergasted by the way she handled our interaction and brought the review up. I closed out and left her a tip. I returned again on Saturday June 14th with two others. She again looks at me as I approach and smiles and then says "Oh you are back again?". Then in a snide tone, she told me to enjoy my beer. Reviews are important as they keep customer up to date on what they can expect and the restaurants aware of how their business is running. I would be surprised if I was the only person that has had to deal with this rude employee. I have returned a few times for the brewery to redeem itself from this employees actions but it's clear that the only thing this individual wants to do is be angry and spiteful. I have never had this experience ever, anywhere. I didn't receive a response to my originally posted bad review from the owners but I know it was seen, or she would not have treated me like that. I can deal with a lot of situations that aren't exactly what I was expecting but I can't deal with disrespectful individuals that lack the faintest idea of what customer service is. Some people are just angry inside, lack the depth to put a positive foot forward or don't have the ability to admit their faults. This is my last review of this establishment as Saturday was my last time visiting.

Stopped by for some lunch & to taste test some craft beer. It's a big space. A large pasture behind it. Peaceful area. It has plenty of outdoor seating with table/chairs, and umbrellas. Dogs are welcome outside. They have a 21 & up separate area to eat with 2 large tvs. It was nice to watch the Braves, eat & not have kids running around screaming. The food is Tex Mex and great! We had the jerk chicken bowl and the loaded bowl. Both were very good. Big bar area with a couple of tvs. The beer selection was good. They even have 2 Porters on tap. Thumbs up bc those are hard to find these days. They also sell their beer in cans to go. Plenty of parking. I would go back.

The beer and cider were ok, but it wasn't very welcoming. We were looking for the Mexican food advertised on the website. The restaurant portion of the taproom was closed, no reason given. We were pleased with the SmashNC food truck but that wasn't what we were craving. (Spoiled old lady problems, it's true). Honestly, the vibe here is neglected. Please at least kill the weeds growing taller than the shrubs in the entrance. Also there is no table service if you are outside, yet that's the only place you can have a dog. If you come here without a partner to watch your dog, sorry. " No beer for you!" It's just ok.

I am liking the brand new digs! Was very busy when I went. (I heard is was busy since this location opened) There is no wait staff so be prepared to wait in line....every single time. Three places to check out so it does go pretty quick. There is no board that you can see from a far, so you you almost have to wait until time to order to decide what you want. They do have a couple laminated beer menus when you get to the bar to order. (and I do mean a couple). They do have food, but this is separate from the beer line, so be prepared to wait in line twice, or split up. The food line is the same as the beer line. Very few menus to prepare before you get to the window. Once you order they will give you a buzzer to let you know order is ready. The set up here is kind of funky. Once you get your food, the napkins, utinsils, etc are on the opposite site of the line from the seating. When you get your desired items from the small table, you have to cross the line of all the people waiting to get food in order to get to your table. Kind of needless if you put the table on the other side of the line, it is free sailing. Other than that, they seemed to have decent seating and plenty of parking. Will be very interested in seeing...

My wife and I live in Brevard and took some family members that were visiting from out of town in to check it out and was greeted at the front door with a sign listing all the things NOT to do, followed by Cheers! Not very inviting! We ased for samples and reluctantly were accommodated with plastic thimbles with hardly enough beer to get a true taste. One person in our group of six got a beer that was warm and to be honest after tasting everyone else agreed it tasted horrible. He returned it and the female bartender with red hair never asked what was wrong or offered another type. What she did offer was her suggestion that he get a water but they don’t serve water at the bar! The rest of the party put back all of the hats and t- shirts they were going to buy and we left never to be back!! We went down the street and everyone was unanimous, GO TO OSCAR BLUES or NOBLEBRAU or anywhere else where they appreciate their customers. If there was a 0 star choice we all would have picked it.

I posted this review 2 weeks ago and have since read the owners response to seemingly handpicked negative reviews. After reading his responses it’s apparent who the employees get there...
