Disclaimer: I had to wait a bit to write this review, as I was too hot to be entirely objective. We made an order through the phone application, and selected "Dine In". When picking up at the location, the associate informed us that it would be an additional amount to order in location, totaling $17.49. We were fine with that, considering our online application had stated "$18.13". Turns out the associate was quoting us an additional amount for the pizza alone (and did not include the 'specialty' dessert item we had ordered). When we got to the total, it was an additional "$7.49 +tax" to "dine in", despite us having chosen that on the application. The associate was rude, refused to listen, refused to give us her name, and refused to allow us to "dine in" for anywhere near the amount quoted. We thought perhaps we had made a mistake, and left the location with our carry-out (despite being less than ten minutes from this location, they refuse to deliver to our home, stating that - despite google maps confirming the distance - we are "outside" their fifteen minute delivery limit), and we were feeling a bit put-out at this point. A quick check of the application confirmed that we were supposed to be "dine-in" customers at the amount indicated. I called the location immediately, and requested to speak to a manager. Suddenly, our un-helpful associate (same name as the one on our receipt) was brimming with enthusiasm and wanted to ensure that our experience was quick and properly handled. The manager, however, insinuated that I was lying about the application stating (and I quote) "I've never seen that option for online ordering". When I called him out, he asked "what can i do to make it right". I told him there was absolutely nothing he could to make it right at this point. As I informed him, I was calling to let him know about the discrepancy between the application (and his employee's unapologetic rudeness - which I was willing to accept IF it was our error!) and the in-store pickup, as well as the fact that we were treated a bit deplorably when picking up. When I refused to take any bribes, he apologized for "how you took this situation" (my interpretation of what had occurred, apparently), and promised to "look into it". I admit I was so angry at this point that I hung up on the manager, whose name I fail to recall. I should mention, we've never had a problem ordering at close Hendersonville location and dining in with the SAME application (downloadable from Pizza...
Read moreBad quality food. Lousy. Just don't go here. This used to be a good Pizza Hut but something has changed over the last year or so. We consistently get terrible quality pizzas and breadsticks from here. The pizza is consistently dried up, unrisen dough that tastes like it sat out all day before being put in the oven. The breadsticks are stale every time like they sat out all day too. Nearly $30 for an order of food that really just needs to go directly in the dumpster. I've complained a few times, but the store manager, Mike, always reacts with irritation and skepticism as if you're making it up. The store is always hard to get on the phone, especially in the evenings after picking up your order, probably because that's when they get the most complaints. After several orders like this, this year, I'm done. I'm never ordering from this restaurant again. But I WILL lodge a complaint with corporate because they...

Trevor seemed to be a one man band, taking orders, serving drinks and food and clearing tables. He was doing a fantastic job and the world needs more people like Trevor, people who work hard, are able to turn their hand to anything and get things done
Trevor sorted us out with a ½ and ½ pizza which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed
It was pretty quiet in the restaurant, which was good for Trevor, but the atmosphere was a little flat
I noticed the ad on the TV about hiring new staff so it's good to see these signs of a thriving businessâŚor maybe it's just so Trevor can have...
