FIND Outdoors — Local services in Brevard

We paid ahead for 5 nights for first come first serve sites. We've stayed two nights then some rain moved in that wouldn't let up for the next three days, so we decided to pack up. I couldn't get reimbursed for at least a couple of unused nights. I suppose I should have just paid for each day we stayed there instead of all at once. I really don't agree with the company's policy on refunds. I could understand not refunding a used night but not refunding unused nights? What if we paid ahead for 2 weeks and had to take off for some reason and left after the first night? You would just keep that money and say sorry...

We have a group that goes to Carolina Hemlock every year with a couple that has been coming to the camp ground since the husband was a child. (over 50 years) We had 35 people throughout the week! The new camp manager Mr. Ed. was accommodating to our group! He was friendly, very personable, came around many times everyday, stopped and talked. We had rain, wind, sun and some great tubing! One of our best trips yet! Also, I need to mention Ms. Debbie, Ms. Alice and Mr. John. Great team with a great leader! Thanks Mr....

I was insulted by the hostess Julie because she assumed I am a theif.she ask me how I knew showers were cold she obviously assumed I didn't pay and then was asked to leave because they were closing the gate around 6:15 pm. The sign says 8 to 8 then they have have the park closed till spring and all reserved signs on...
