Was in there on 11/16/2024 they were short staffed which is fine but they should've disabled online order to help out the wait time. They were out of the pickle fries my main purpose for going but whatever. My husband and I ordered the new whopper meals I got the bourbon BBQ and he got the Mexican street corn they were both large meals . We were there for dine in and while we were sitting there the place became cloudy and a very strong chemical smell filled the place. It smelled like the chemical used to clean the grill. Well it started burning my eyes and throat so I went to the car because I'm a severe asthmatic and it was making it hard for me to breathe and wed already paid so my hubby stayed inside and waited for our food to get done. He came out about 10 min later with our food and I took one bite of a fry and it tasted like the chemical smell that permiated through the building. I tried a bite of my burger and that as well tasted like chemicals. I tried to call them and explain but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. The food was inedible and I've been coughing continuously since then using my nebulizer constantly. Wasted money couldn't eat anything and...
Read moreThe dark haired lady that handed me our orders was rude for no apparent reason. I used the app to order our food for dine-in for the first time ever. The app says "Come in and have a seat. We'll let you know when your food is ready." So we sat down until my name was called. I grabbed our bag and asked her if I could have our cups and she "Did you let us know you were here?" I told her I pressed "I'm here” in the app and sat down. She replied "Well how are we supposed to know you're here if you don't tell us?" I was very confused by how confrontational she was being. Every fast food restaurant I've ever been to either has the cups where the customer can help themselves or gives you cups with the food. Why in the world would I go up to the counter before my food is ready, tell them I'm here and ask for my cups? Especially when your app tells me to take a seat and wait. That would have been the most entitled behavior ever on my part. It honestly made the visit really awkward and frustrating and I don't think we'll come back to...
Read moreNormally I consider Burger King to be clean, efficient and friendly. After my last visit I am no longer a fan. Since I am disabled and unable to wear a mask I have had to take extra precautions when out in public. Knowing how dirty currency can be I like to use a credit card that I take extra efforts to keep it clean and as germ-free as possible, this includes keeping it in a wallet with no other cash. After ordering supper for the family I proceeded to the pick-up window and tried to pass my card to the glove-protected employee and she insisted that I throw it into the same container that she had been collecting and returning cash and change in. When I told her I did not want to throw my card into her contaminated container she told me that it was the only way I was going to get my order for my family. You would think that a company that deals with cleanliness would also consider the needs of disabled customers with the same considerations. We did not get our order and will not eat there anymore due to their inconsideration...
