Had my sons birthday party here, and yes we had fun, but they had literally scheduled 3 other parties for the same time. The amount of kids running around, taking things off my tables for my son, moving my stuff, just made the entire experience more stressful. They also didn’t tell me that they don’t serve food until 5:30 so we had to run to go get pizza elsewhere in the middle of the party. Upon arrival when I went to pay and let them know we were there another party had taken over our tables and I had to wait to set up until they cleared their stuff out of our party space. Between all of that, and trying to maneuver through TONS of other kids and adults from other parties I feel like I wasted more time then I actually got celebrating my son turning two.

Very disappointed!!!! The arcade machines were not working properly, The ticket machine was down, the change machine didnt work, the staff were not very attentive, the bowling balls were the very small ones but the fact that we called and reserved a lane for our family for a enjoyable night out and we had a confirmed reserved lane yet when we got there (on time) they knew nothing about our reserved lane and they were all full (apparently the guy left without notifying the other staff)But because we were there already figured we'd make the best of it so we proceeded to go play arcade games as a family, HUGE MISTAKE, We lost so much money in the Machines and the ones that did (sort of) work were not properly dispensing the right balls or tickets. Pros: fun for all ages and the food is really good. Cons: the building is in rough shape. Beams being added to support the roof, caution tape everywhere, buckets to catch leaks in the roof. On our visit today there was a pile of pink insulation just laying in the corner of the arcade area, which seems super unsafe especially with all the small children running around for birthday parties.
