4-5 employees on staff but each seemed to ignore both my husband and I for about 3 minutes while we waited to place an order. Finally, I got the attention of an employee who asked if she could help me. I tried placing an order for a large strawberry coolatta (I had a craft drink promo on my app, drink should have been free. Coupon was good through 6/11/23). I also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Well, the female cashier couldn't seem to get the drink to come off my order so she called one of the other employees over. He also failed. This made no sense to me as I never have trouble in my hometown with the app. Anyhow, I just ended up paying my bill with my app, and lost out on that coupon which I had converted 900 DD points to receive. My bagel seemed to be nuked, not toasted and had a rubbery texture to it; the coolatta had too much slushy ice and not enough flavor liquid. I had to let it sit for 10-15 minutes in order to drink it from a straw once it had melted a bit. THIS location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s alll the way. The staff knows all the regulars and locals, but also treats everyone as a local, the food is out Fast and perfect.
