McDonald's — Restaurant in Briar Creek

ive gone here a few times and i usually dont mind it. forgetting a drink or a milkshake and a quick remind , they dont seem too happy but it is what it is. the reason im making the review is yesterday this girl at the window gave me two bags of food , one being mine , another being the cars behind me , and then told me the price of the other order ?? that just confused me because i had just read my order to her not even a minute prior due to wanting to add on a drink (she had the wrong order, no biggie). anyways , when i said this wasnt my food , she just took the bag and shut the window ?? no words , nothing ?? the other bag she had given me was my food , so i got what i ordered. im also fairly certain the food i had taken was given out to the car behind me (i could easily be wrong) which is off just off putting. the whole thing was simply confusing and it just seemed like i had inconvenienced her. also because of this i wanted to check what i paid for , she never offered me my receipt (im not confrontational). ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were out of...

I usually don’t make negative reviews because you see them all the time. But this has been the last straw for me. Every time we go to this location something ends up wrong or just disgusting. It has gone downhill fast in the last few years. The staff are lazy, the place is always a mess (and that’s the areas we can see, imagine what the areas we can’t see where our food is being made looks like), the food is never hot or fresh. Every time I order a burger it’s just slapped together and only half of it actually makes it onto the bun. Well this time we ordered as a family, my burger bun was so soggy you couldn’t pick it up, all the fries tasted like they sat in oil all day long and were only half cooked, my husbands McFlurry didn’t have a single topping in it, my kids nuggets were cold and frozen inside some of them. I just don’t understand how so many issue can happen all at once. Little mistakes I understand but this is multiple issues and it’s every damn time. I can’t wait to either leave this area or have some better options...

It's too much to expect what you ordered, but to wait at the drive thru window for 5 minutes because a bunch of space cadets are working, and it wasn't busy ... Not even a hello through the drive through speaker, just a 'Can I take your order? ' You would think the staff would be somewhat familiar with the menu but that's not the case here either. Even though the guy at the register finally figured out what I was referring to, corrected my order, I still got the wrong item. Not his fault, the blonde girl who gave me my order didn't even review the order, I had to ask for my drink. Not only that but the sandwich maker was apparently upset I requested less mayo so he(assuming it was a guy) put extra mayo on my sandwich instead. Not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable, not accurate, and definitely not fast. Those are the 5 takeaways from my most recent visit. Should have gone to Sheetz across the street, would have been cheaper too. They used to be friendly and good, but that staff doesn't seem to work...
