Oscar's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Brick Township

These guys are the most incompetent rubes on the planet. Though they have a system where you can order online and chose a time for delivery. Apparently they have no idea how it works. The first time we ordered from them 30 minute passed beyond the delivery time before we called to check on the status of our order. We were told they really didn't know how the system worked and felt we were being unreasonable for or complaint. We were then told to never call here again and hung up. Unfortunately we had to call back to cancel the order were we were once again berated with insults before finally dismissing any charges. Being that is was late and with few options we agreed to accept the free order. In appreciation to their attempt to make a mins, we made a couple of orders after that. And though they come close on a those orders, we just had a repeat of our first order. Making it a 50/50 chance of getting anything from them on time, or at all. I ordered the first time from Oscar's I ordered Grandma's pizza burnt way over done And Mussels marinara and 8 Mussels were not open in the order. Pretty sure your not supposed to serve unopened shell fish. I contacted Oscar's the delivery guy answered the phone and after my telling him my problem with the order all he could say was he's the delivery driver no one was available to handle customer service and he was not helpful at all.i left my complaint and contact number no response. I have mixed feelings about this merchant. Every time I have personally ordered food from this pizzeria (I live in the neighborhood behind the shop) he has either messed up on my order, like for example over charged me for my merchandise or forgot to bring my soda; or I would be told an obnoxious price for what I want to order and I cancel, call another shop, compare prices and order from someone else. But on the other hand, this merchant donates pizza and soda to the kids at the teen center twice a week and also discounts pizza and soda for family movie night by the Township. That is why I chose a 3 star rating. Otherwise I would of given this pizzeria a one star rating. His pizza is actually pretty good. My son loves his wings. A little pricey over all....
