El Ganadero is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel at home.

Now the food… next level. Their steak is absolutely unreal—juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. We had the al pastor tacos with diced pineapples, beef tacos both we added cheese. Absolutely delicious. There's a couple of sauces they have not the hot sauce they have the Verde and a sour cream based sauce neither one was very spicy. He makes homemade vodka sauce and homemade alfredo sauce even if you like Italian food you can eat here. I'm really curious how the chicken Parmesan is? Delicious steaks, amazing service, and warm atmosphere. Every single part of the meal was perfect. I couldn’t decide between yuca fries and regular fries and they surprised me by giving me both! They were thoughtful, accommodating, and kind the whole time. Absolutely recommend. We will be back!
