McDonald's — Restaurant in Bridge City

No one was talking any orders at the counter , you had to use the digital screen to order anything , I was able to figure it out enough to make two separate orders I took my tickets and numbers to the table then went back to try to order a drink , had 2.10 sitting on the table with my tickets and numbers, a female from behind the counter go over to the table and puts my numbers up and takes my 2.00 off the table and left the .10 cents on the table! , So after I finished eating my big Mac I took the ticket for my fries to the counter and told them to keep it that I wasn't going to pay for them because the other female took my money off the table and she knew I was sitting there she looked right at me when she stole the money!! The one who took the money tried saying oh I thought it was a tip!! I won't be going back there and if anyone else goes there don't leave anything unattended the employees working there will steal it! Or at least one employee will go to your table and steal it. Bad business values, I guess they don't have a manger or they have a manger who don't care, eather way I won't trust them again and Damm sure won't go...

Stopped at the Bridge City stire to get 1 Big Mac. Hadn't had one in a long time and thought this would be a good stop. This store has been in Bridge City for a long time and always has customers. I went into the store because the drive-thru was completely backed up. Used the kiosk to place and pay for my order, but I didn't get a receipt or order number. The order was accepted and processed, as the lone employee behind the counter acknowledged it. I then waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, finally 18 minutes before I got my single burger. Meanwhile, all the backed up traffic in the drive-thru had been served and were gone. The Big Mac I got was terrible - not just a smashed bun but minimal ingredients, and the patties and cheese still were cold. Of course, I didn't discover that until after I had left, and remember - no receipt, so I couldn't even return to complain! I WILL NOT go back to this store ever again. Whataburger is just down the street, and they always do...

Order 10 chicken nuggets (no sauce, just extra ketchup) large fries, and a fish sandwich with extra mustard and extra ketchup. No ketchup in the bag, and barely any on the sandwich. I, again, asked for extra ketchup and mustard packets. She hands me 2 ketchup packets. I explained that I asked for extra, she hands me two more. I explained I had a large fry, 10 nuggets and a sandwich that I needed the ketchup and mustard for. She said no, you cannot have anymore. I asked for a manager and she said again, you cannot have anymore. I said again, I want to speak to the manager. I explained the same to the manager and she kindly gave me the ketchup and mustard. I’m leaving 2 stars only because after so much difficulty, at least one person had some normal customer...
