Expiernence could be better food is good but customer service falls short. The person waiting on us tried their hardest but was fed information from 3 different people of what they had or didn't have due to shortages or being out of those items. So I understand in times like this it can be difficult so i understand qnd have no complaint about that but when your so out of things and are serving food with substitutions for what you do have to make some of your menu work but fail to even mention to customer that your item will be constructed differently (tends to be a big deal when allergies/diet restrictions as in my case play into what you are ordering for food). Different kinds of buns for normal buns and so on. Some may see that as a added bonus or extra but it doesn't always tend to be the case. I'm sure the cashier had no real idea to try to inform my family or mysel of those issues arising. Someone in management should have stepped up and clearly told their cahsiers or have some kind of signage by register stating some of this. End of story is wasn't able to eat the burger due to the bun change, the fries and pies were good though. I'm sure I'll end up going back and hopefully some these things have improved........

Read moreWell, this visit today wasn’t the greatest! 1st of all in mentioning that I wanted the Mushroom Swiss Burger (with no bun) add an extra patty too, I also said ADD EXTRA MUSHROOMS please! Below is my EXTRA MUSHROOMS! 🤔 Hmmm? Which little mushroom is “extra”? Come on people, it’s not rocket science! They did however come through (after having to ASK SPECIFICALLY) in going back up to the counter “we need EXTRA MUSHROOMS please, there is hardly any on my burger!” They did give me some in a container! The other thing, makes me want to laugh 😆 because I also asked specifically if there is something they can place my burgers on since there is no bun. I WAS GIVEN LETTUCE to use to cut my burger on! SERIOUSLY? Do you not know that even that plastic knife will cut that lettuce? It doesn’t come with lettuce, nor did I ask for it. Finally after waiting a few minutes I was given a bowl, my burger was getting cold, but I finally had something substantial to cut my food on, so I could eat. Sad. *UPDATE During 3pm to the next day there's female staff/manager figured they needed to say "what do you want?!" I asked to please hold on one minute, then "we ain't got no chicken, we ain't got no breaded chicken, we ain't got no little sandwiches, and we ain't got no kids meals." All while you heard everyone else with her laughing about them acting incompetent to just cook good food for good, polite paying customers.
We're not sure what happened to the other manager that we were so satisfied with and he treated customers right, but this is not management/professional nor friendly customer service to be connected to a very busy Love's location.
There are plenty more people that need jobs and want to do their work correctly. This has been the 3rd time with what sounds like the same female staff/manager who has treated us like this on top of thinking it was funny.
Y'all need to fix your management and get staff members on task if you want...
