Burger King — Restaurant in Bridgeport

It makes 0 sense how there are 2/3 managers in the store itself, one for drive through and one for the floor and you have your line piling up but the person thats suppose to take care of customers in the line is to busy piling food for the drive through when there’s already more than 5 ppl in that kitchen itself. The only place that was busy was drive through but even they were faster than that manager that is suppose to take care of us waiting inside. He needs to learn how to actually properly manage his time because if the other manager had time to grab a slice of pizza and warm and eat and im still waiting in line for more than 5 minutes. Than something is not making sense this is not the first i been into this location and it still takes me longer than 5 mins even when im next in line to get my order across inside!! and the location was not busy AT ALL! within the past 3 times i been in that location. How is it that when im at the drive through that reaches near the light i leave faster than me actually...

Lack of Participation Trophy 🏆

This Burger King decided that they don’t participate in deals from Nationally Advertised Burger King Commercials.

As a result 2 sandwiches was $14 but aligning with the deal they participate in 3 sandwiches a Fries and an ice cream was $16.

Also they were more than willing to ring you up for items they don’t have (ice cream) and then just try and substitute something when your number was called (a hershey pie). At no time did they offer to reimburse the money for the item that they aren’t currently serving.

Also side note, completely unrelated to this location Im dizzy 5 mins after consuming this “food.” This of course I take full responsibility for.

This is a Burger King who isnt even really a Burger King seeing as how they don’t have most of the items nor do they honor current promotions.

Also, there are “homeless” folks looking for change, a bathroom you can’t access unless you get buzzed in, and there’s a weird time limit...

I do not recommend this place. I am from Bridgeport but can honestly can tell you Stratford and milford serves better food. It’s as if they don’t care about the people from the city that support them. I had to go back for them to reserve my cold food that was so far off the fresh vegetables they show on tv. Even then it was subpar. I guess they will shove anything in front of you to make a buck. Trust me when I tell you you can do better making food yourself or even going to the dollar store for that matter. Don’t waste your time or your money! I don’t usually post reviews but I can honestly say they don’t deserve to be open. They don’t care about their customers. All they care is texting their friends while making the food as they were doing...
