I went into this store for the first time ever. It was my first time purchasing hair to get extensions. Not only was the staff unapproachable, but the products was cluttered and the store extremely disorganized. I ended up getting sold curly hair extensions that was said to be 18" long. When I went home 1hr later I open the packet of hair (of course they dont allow you to open it at the store) and it was only 15" long in a curl. I quickly returned to the store to explain that this was not what I purchased. I had the receipt in hand and the package of hair still had the tags and was intact. They remembered me from earlier that day and still would NOT even give me store credit for the mix up. They said that it was a manufacturer problem not theirs. They said that hair is sold by length when straight not in a curl. Other customers shook their head and told me what he was saying made no sense being that I purchased curly hair. The length should be in a curl. Still, I tried to rationalize with the manager and told him that it was a simple mistake and given the circumstances we should come to some form of resolution. The manager refused. Overall, the manager was rude, argumentative and ended up locking himself in the back room to avoid having to address my concerns. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I was the calm rational person asking him to try to come to a resolution only to have him hide in the staff room. I will be filling a claim against this store with the BBB and seeking legal counsel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. If you buy a faulty product they will not stand by the product...

This store has a SUPER RACIST Chinese owner! My mom visits this store a few times a month for wigs because she has cancer and the chemotherapy of course takes her hair out. The lady that assisted my mom gave her a wig a shade off from the original wig style my mom had but when we got home we discovered that it was NOT the same style. By this time my mom started to get fatigued (another side effect from chemo) so I took it back for her. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude and accused my mother of giving him "an old wig" and not the original wig in the package!!!!😣😡😠 I was very irate and insulted but maintained my composure and left the store. I WILL NEVER bring my mom to this store and I suggest you not spend a brown penny in this racist, deplorable...

Sad to say but it really be your own kind.. I’ve been coming here for years & it’s ALWAYS my LAST resort. They are so RUDE you ask a question & they act as if it’s not their job to answer. Every time they have attitudes there has never been a time any one was polite, I don’t understand how they are still in business or the owner hasn’t fired them because they do not own this store the owner sits in that back closet. They have poor quality items & barely has anything. Today was my LAST day here. Go across the street to the Chinese beauty supply they are always very nice....
