I order from these guys at least once a week and it's always fast. The Piece of the Pie points mean I end up getting free pizza sometimes and it always baffles the drivers when my order is $2.50 (the delivery charge). Prices are way more competitive than they used to be.
As for Bridgeport themselves, they hire good, friendly drivers who are always so grateful for their tips, even when I can only do 10% (I try to do 30-40% when I can). That may not matter to some people, but I LOVE when people appreciate tips. I know as a prior commission-based salesman I always appreciated every sale. There is a manager named TJ who PERSONALLY spent an entire night one time making the pizzas THEN delivering them when he was the only one available (the roads were horrible).
I had a problem with these guys one time about a year ago. I called them irate because it had been two hours and I had gotten no pizza. They made fresh ones and delivered them for free with a 2 liter of Coke that I hadn't originally ordered and did not have to pay for. For as many times as I order, one correctly-handled foul up is pretty good. Additionally, the person who screwed up said order no longer works there, suggesting they cultivate productive and effective teams and do not tolerate poor quality work, which is something I wish I could say about more eateries.
I have put special instructions before and always had them fulfilled, even the silly ones (e.g. write your favorite Pokemon on the inside of the box).
I am a freak about sanitary food and can find the smallest hairs on anything. I have NEVER found one on their food items, from their pizzas to their cinnamon sticks. The store is always clean and inviting when I go to pick it up myself.
No, they're not magicians, but they do absolutely everything deserving of a five-star rating. If you asked me for something they could improve on, I don't know that I could come up with a single thing. My personal favorite drivers as of now are Collin, Tanner, and Brian. TJ the manager has always taken care of me as a customer as well. If anyone from Domino's is reading this, please offer kind words to these hard workers! They are the reason I keep ordering!
And that's the real difference: the people working for them. I like Papa John's just as much. There are a bunch of great Chinese places nearby. It's the ease and pleasantness of the order that keeps me a loyal Domino's customer, supported by a well-organized company and the Bridgeport, West Virginia...

In terms of taste, their pizzas are reliably good. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the cheese and toppings are generously distributed. Their robust tomato sauce complements the flavors well.
Customer service has been generally positive, with courteous staff both on the phone and during deliveries. Pricing is competitive, and they frequently offer deals and discounts, making it an affordable option for families or gatherings.
One area for improvement could be the salad options and sides, which are somewhat limited. However, the focus here is primarily on pizza.

Read morePizza is always good and consistent and cinnamon knots also great! There’s a guy that works there, wish I had his name… he’s tattooed and darker complexion … Anyways, he is amazing! Provides great customer service, always tells me to have a blessed day. Last time I went and they were super busy and despite that he was still very friendly, even when you could tell there was a little stress. I know a google review won’t do it, but this guy needs a raise. You can tell when someone is trying their best and I applaud this guy and the way he carries himself. It’s rare to find someone you feel is genuinely being friendly and not just a fake customer service face.
As for this location, only thing I dislike is the front...
